Hotels Near Museum and Archaeological Area of ​​Naxos in Giardini Naxos

I have been in this hotel for one week in July 2024. The check in was extremely fast and in few minutes we got the room. The room was large enough, very clean and with excellent air conditioning system. The personnel in the hotel at any level, from the reception to the restaurant, is very polite and collaborative. A special mention must be dedicated to the external part of the hotel, the swimming pool area and above all the beach. The hotel has very clean and very well maintained private beach. In few steps you are passing from the lobby to the beach. We spent an amazing week of holiday. Final positive point is that the hotel is two minutes walking distance from the bus terminal, that means it is extremely easy to get the bus to go to Taormina or Catania airport at very low cost. I will be for sure again in this hotel. Thank you very much

Hotel with a lot of upside improvement to 5 star. I've always wondered what an Italian Marriott Hotel would look like in Miami Beach. This hotel wants to be a W. The hotel rooms are dated. But so are many Ritz Carltons. However, the reason for so many critics you need to update your USB or USA to Euro electric plugs. I've traveled 20 years as a Trip Advisor, so my big tip for u guys, use the flat-screen TV usb plug. Make sure TV is on or on Ambient mode. You guys can thank me. Awesome beach and pool amenities, I love it. Awesome brunch. Staff is very courteous and polite. The guy in parking lot is not cool. He seems to be annoyed by his customers parking. I hope GM reads this and tells the guy to change his demeanor. Hotel Report Card Location: 10/10 Beach, Restaurants, Taormina Bed Comfort: Stiff, but decent sleep, 7/10 Quietness: These are not sound proof rooms. I can hear people talking in the halls, doors slamming, next room guy talking at 10pm. 4/10 Decor 5/10 Old fashion Italian decor. Food: 10/10 breakfast buffet is the fabulous. We like the omlete chef, nice guy, loves his job! Value: 7/10 I think bathroom amenities are needed. Never seen $300+ rooms not come with kits.

Abbiamo trovato questo b&b un vero angolo di paradiso. Le camere sono disposte sfalzate la nostra ero sotto una scalinata. Leggermente difficile per scarico valigie ma poi abbiamo scoperto una scorciatoia. La camere pulitissima bagno nuovissimo enorme. Ben fatto. All'esterno un piccolo angolo cucina con frigo e tavolino. L'ho trovato davvero stupendo e lo abbiamo anche utilizzato per un bel piatto di pasta. La colazione si fa al piano di sopra molto varia e di buon gusto. Cannoli sempre presenti. Il letto era comodissimo. Che dire tutto perfetto. Posizione ottima a due passi dai giardini naxos e pochi km da taormina.

No matter which room you stay in, there is no 360-degree sea view Room, balcony view can refer to the picture below, I think the view is very good; in the end, in fact, there is no saying that the Chinese are arranged in a room with a poor view, because my left side (closer to the mountain side is disadvantageous) Location) Two people live in Italy. I live in the United States with Americans on the right. I threw my pajamas on the sofa before going out, and when I came back, I saw that they were neatly stacked on the bed. This property has amazing views; the location is within walking distance to the main village; there is wonderful full breakfast; parking on site and friendly staff. This property is an older vintage hotel with a family history. But like everything in Taormina, there are stairs to navigate. (An elevator is currently under construction.) We had an amazing room (#24) with a full terrace overlooking the gorgeous gardens and stunning sea. The room and the whole property is full of vintage and classic furniture, art and ceramics. As in any older building the walls are thin; some other guests could be more considerate. You can walk to the main area of Taormina in just a few minutes - but again, the whole town is nothing but stairs! We left the car in the hotel parking lot for our whole 3 day visit. We walked everywhere including to restaurants. For a tour of Mt. Etna the company picks us up at the road. Just make sure the town gondola is 'in season' if you want to go down to the beach without driving - it was still closed for the winter in the first week of April. We found the staff very helpful and friendly - especially Sebastiano who handles the extensive breakfast offerings with covid protocols. There are both hot and cold offerings. It is all very good.

Sadly, excluding a wonderful lady behind reception & a lovely cleaner, this hotel at best is a 2 star hotel. Our experience has just been horrific, and I feel it only fair to share our true honest happenings. We arrived and were upgraded to a larger room. Greatly appreciated. We asked for directions to the pool, which may I point out is NOT part of the hotel, it’s a lido on the beach only reachable by a 15/20 minute shuttle bus. So the advertising of this hotel having a pool onsite is very far from the truth. I filtered swimming pool & free cancellation & there is NO swimming pool. So please do not expect one. The hotel room was warn out & needed some tlc. The curtain rail fell and landed on my head on the first afternoon, and was left on the floor for our entire stay. No attempt to fix it for us. The shower cubicle doors would not open or close easily. In fact I’d shower with them open and put towels all over the floor so I didn’t create a huge mess. Sadly on our third day in the hotel, my partner showered & the cubicle door shattered all over him. Glass absolutely everywhere. In his feet on his legs and he was bleeding too. He has scratches left on his legs and glass was still in his feet. The cleaner in shock rushed in, and a gave my partner flip flops as you could barely see any floor without shattered glass. Between the cleaner and a staff member, they cleaned the mess as if it had never happened. And we were expected to continue our day. A lady behind reception offered us a small room which we declined, as worryingly it felt also in need of some help. We continued our stay, as Taormina is full right now and left the hotel today at 12pm. Our departure was nothing short of horrifying, we arrived at reception greeted by the grandson of the owner rudely & aggressively pointing at us, surrounding us by three further Italian men, we have been told are police to ensure we pay for our damages. We did immediately as felt somewhat threatened & forced, and it wasn’t until the police heard the whole story, that they agreed this was unacceptable behaviour from the hotel & an extremely aggressive way to treat two individuals. They apologised repeatedly but we had paid the hotel & were left without any choice. The police did all they could and eventually got us a 50% refund in the damages cost. Sadly it hasn’t actually been refunded.

The hotel is really great. The hotel is located on the Taormina Mountain. When I went there, I happened to encounter the Chinese restaurant 3. I was very fortunate. It took only 7.8 minutes to walk from the Red Restaurant. The breakfast was good. It was very close to the viewing platform. It only takes 4 minutes

One of the most comfortable hotels I stayed in during this trip to Italy. The scenery is good, the environment is good, the hotel looks very new, the lady at the front desk is beautiful and enthusiastic, always smiling and talking. There is also a swimming pool. Parking is a bit far away, but drive around the road, park the car and walk up the steps to the hotel. 17 euros per day. breakfast is also good

We needed a hotel room close to Catania’s airport because we had an early morning flight. I was reluctant to book at this hotel because it got horrible reviews. I took a chance and we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms are clean and it’s really close to the airport! They have free shuttle service to and from the airport. We needed a 5am shuttle and they were right on time! We were scared to eat there after all the negative reviews, but the food and wine was great! They had a friendly staff and provided great personal service! We both had delicious pasta dishes and actually all the food looked good! The only negative was the look of the hotel outside. They clearly need to fix up the property on the outside, but I’d prefer a clean room and a good dinner! Don’t listen to all the bad reviews, this hotel is perfect for a one night stay before or after a flight!
