The hotel, standard, clean, food was edible but not fantastic. Safe was not working in our room, went to reception to be told that nothing could be done as the guy who sorts them is off. So couldn't put passports in there. The hotel is basic, think premier inn but comfortable. A very random Santa head was hanging from the ceiling in the corridor, this was quite scary tbh. The whole floor or rooms got locked out their room at a very long and tiring day in the Christmas markets, everyone had to go downstairs and get the key card fixed. Apparently this also happened the week before to all the rooms as well. I accidentally left my bracelet and necklace on the side of the dressing table with leaving early and getting locked out of our room. They were left in the exact same spot I took them off every night for the 3 nights stay, I called and emailed them but they said nothing was handed in. So clearly the staff kept them or put them in the bin as they definitely got left in the room. The necklace and bracelet had no financial value as they were only cheap but my recently deceased mum gave them to me,so this is very upsetting and disappointing.

Très bon accueil Les chambres sont propres et agréables.Les personnes du self sont très sympas Dommage que l'eau soit payante. Le restaurant propose des plats très bons La chambre est spacieuse Il ne manque rien : on nous propose du shampoing du savon Vraiment bien Je reviendrai

Passé votre chemin.
Chambre réservée, mais restauration squattée par un groupe, donc nous avons été obligé de manger un sandwich dans la chambre. Le chauffage à + de 23° est non réglable et la télévision en panne. Très déçu.

Très bon établissement.
Hôtel bien situé, propre, grand parking, personnel agréable. La restauration petit-déjeuner et diner est très bien. Les chambres sont agréables, confortables avec une bouilloire pour le café ou le thé.

Bizarre, je n'y retournerai pas.
L'établissement est propre, le parking parfait, la chambre spacieuse, le hall d'accueil et les espaces communs sont très bien.
La douche est écossaise. La télé est sérieusement enneigée. Le couloir d'accès au restaurant est celui des toilettes communes, même le matin. Les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner se laissent désirer. La confiture est un système qui délivre en priorité un verre d'eau dans la coupelle, et on vous explique que c'est normal. Le jus multivitaminé est très clair et clairement dévitaminé. Les bocaux-repas de production artisanale "locale" proviennent de France. Les WC n'arrivent pas à évacuer le papier toilette, ni le reste. Je découvre la fenêtre ouverte en rentrant le soir, il fait un froid de canard (chauffage allumé).

Hôtel très bien, pdj à revoir.
Hôtel très bien placé à la sortie de l’autoroute et à 15mn de Pairi Daiza, calme, propre et personnel très agréable.
Seul bémol le petit déjeuner à 17€50, je n’ai jamais payé aussi cher pour cette catégorie d’hôtel. Un buffet très basique, des produits d’une qualité moyenne, pas de fruits, peu de choix de pains et confiture et une seule et malheureuse jeune femme (malgré tout très efficace et très pro) pour s’occuper de la centaine de clients ce WE là. A ce tarif la direction pourrait au moins employer une 2eme personne.

Beautiful hotel, beds are very comfortable, room is clean, service is excellent. We had trouble with the tv, within 5 minutes there was somebody to fix it. Location is easy to find nearby Pairi Daiza. One minus point the breakfast could be better, scrambled eggs were not so good even the jam could be better and there were a lot of empty plates.
