The location of this store is very good, just near the scenic spot. The service attitude of the staff was excellent. I arrived very late that day, it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, but the staff still received me warmly. It's a mixed-sex house, but it's very quiet and everyone is very well-behaved and orderly. It should be noted that everyone should try to check in as early as possible. If you arrive in the middle of the night, you may not be able to check in, but you will still be allowed to check in. I stayed just 1 night, but was expecting worse. I'm not a huge fan of hostels, but this one was pretty good. It was clean, I got a free upgrade. The only negative thing was it was too hot in the room. Other than that, nice staff, nice bed, amazing location etc.

Among European hostels, one of the best. The beds are quite comfortable, the rooms are quite clean, the staff very hospitable. A strong point: the showers have a space to undress, dry and dress. An excellent point of reference in the heart of Gent! Recommended.

Good location. Clean toilets and showers. Good, i think heating is only on during breakfast. Breakfast does not worth the money, poor variety. Could be better if beds have a curtain ando bedrooms were heated. Anyway, i probably repeat if I go to Ghent again.

Clean, friendly welcome, super nice location in the middle of the city. Extra compliments to host Brian. If a visitor behaved unpleasantly, he intervened and then checked whether everyone was okay. We would love to come back here again when we are in Ghent again!

I had a very bad experience with this hostel, I arrived and it was imediately clear that they are not focused at all on having a clean space. They gave me sheets to make my own bed and the sheets had stains on them, as well as the covers in the bedroom, which did not seem clean at all. The location is excellent but minimum requirements in terms of cleaning are not met. Furthermore, there is at least one floor with no bathroom, which means you need to change floors if you ever want to go to the toilet. I do not recommend it at all. I ended up checking out on the same day of check in and went to another place (basically, paid twice for accomodation). When I explained the situation and asked for a refund I received a reply stating that they stand by the quality of their product, which is a bit shocking considering I sent a photo of the dirty sheets and did not even receive an apology.

Very nice hostel! The location was perfect, everything was very clean and downstairs there is an area where you can sit comfortably. You could also put your luggage in a locker for cheap (0.10-0.50 cents per hour) if you arrive earlier/want to walk around the city after checking out.

One of the cleanest hostels so far (showers, toilets). I found it a bit annoying that the cell phone is also the room/entrance door card. If you are out and about and the battery is empty in the evening, it could be inconvenient. Another small criticism: I had the top bed in the bunk bed as requested, but unfortunately the ladder to get there was directly under a crossbeam, so it was quite possible to hit my head. The mattresses in the rooms are in a kind of cover, so they should be very hygienic. The view from my room was fantastic (I had booked one just like that). The location of the hostel is great, it's just a good distance from the train station. It was easy to meet new people downstairs in the common area and there is also a kitchen so you can cook something yourself.
