The reception has great service but when I first arrived at the room there were uncleaned bins and some dust on the bed. Also they do not have basic amenities as hotel like bottle opener. Overall great stay but just not what I expect as a four star hotel.

The parking fee was 15 euros. The parking lot is very spacious and convenient, though it's a bit of a walk to the hotel. If you're driving in, you have to circle around twice to get to the entrance. There's nothing around the hotel, so you definitely need a car.

A month ago, I asked to cancel the reservation because it had been accidentally made for the wrong dates. Our visa was expiring in August, so we contacted both Trip.com and the hotel many times by phone and email, but they constantly refused to help us.
I do not recommend this hotel. Our money was simply wasted, and unfortunately, they showed no understanding or humanity towards our situation.

Excellent. Very convenient for us travelling from London to Hamburg. We stay night and had a good rest.

It is a nice hotel and well maintained. However, the location is not handy for everyone - transport options are quite limited and when we were there the tram to the city center was not working. Ofcourse, it is not the fault of the hotel.
The rooms are quite nice and spacious and well kept.

Ideal location if you have an event at Flanders Expo. Easily accessible by public transport. Spacious, beautiful, and clean rooms with everything you could possibly need. The beds are wonderfully comfortable! The air conditioning cools perfectly, and the bathroom is super hygienic.
The staff are very friendly.
Highly recommended!

Under renovation and will be rebranded as Voco. Great location, right opposite Ikea, with a direct tram line to the city center! Very convenient.

Excellent value for money. Ideal for those arriving by car, as the city center is only 10 minutes away, but not reachable on foot due to its location on the ring road. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were pleasant and clean.
