Worst impossible. Let's start! 1. I asked to check-in after 12 midnight, they denied it. I arrived at 11:30 p.m. and had to wait until 12 because they were closing the cash register. 2. When I am checking in they tell me that I have two rooms with the reservation, a small one for €80, for the first day and the suite for €200, for the second day. (My reservation was for 2 nights, 2 adults €280) They told me that for €20 more they could have the suite both days, to which I said no because I had not requested anything of that in the reservation. 3. We got to the first room, we opened the window because it smelled closed and the window almost fell off when we opened it. 4. The next day we changed rooms to the suite with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi does not work, there was a cigarette in the toilet, I imagine from the previous client, the air conditioning was very noisy and to make matters worse the room door did not close. We told the receptionist about the door and they told us they would fix it. We arrived later and the door doesn't open, we went back to reception and they told us that when they fix it, they have to reset the circuit but nothing until Monday, that they opened the door for us whenever we wanted, and that's how we stayed until we left. Summary, if you have the possibility go to any other hotel. We took it because there was no availability in others but we have learned.
