Amazing stay! Amazing stay!

The hotel it self very clean all bar staff and reception staff very nice however I worked at this hotel the end of June till end of October 2024 on the entertainment team and I can tell you what an experience it's was so awful I have to speak up first of all when I arrived I got promised so many things that didn't even happen and this is where I should of realised to leave but I stayed it only began to get worst because what it said in my contract it was all complete different my first wage for training wasn't even correct I got under payed then when I ask about my payment I would get ignored or the conversation would get changed the manger was craig Cowell this guy is so dishonest also he didn't pay me for August and September and October I was writing him ever day and was excuse after excuse I had so many direct debits comming out my account I was still paying for my house in England i was in debit because I didn't get paid however craig still expected me to work for free I also believe ashlie east the entertainment manager is also in this because she got paid and noone else did how can you treat people like this we are all young girls in a different country alone working hard and to not get paid my mental health went so down hill I become really ill I was stuck here at this hotel as craig told me he wouldn't pay any of my salary and he won't pay for my flight ticket home as you can imagine this is awful being a girl stuck in a country you don't know no money and you need to go back to your own country is terrible I think people should know before joining what your getting yourself into still now in December I haven't got anythink and I was so close loosing eveythink back in England as I couldn't pay for anythink I can't believe I went through all this one of my worst experiences in my life really

We have just returned from our holiday. We were a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children aged from 7 to 17) occupying 2 rooms. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and there were good amenities. The children loved the pool (outside and inside pools) the evening entertainment was good, bingo, quiz, childrens disco, entertainer etc. They put on a Halloween party which was great. The food was ok but more choice would have been great. There was always pancakes which the children loved but very little fresh fruit available for breakfast. Lunch and Dinner ok but more choice would have been great. As we were coming to the end of our week the hotel was winding down for the winter months. Phillipe on reception was fantastic, always happy to help and very cheerful. Belinda was helpful and friendly and Ashley the entertainment lady worked hard all day and night with the entertainment program. These 3 members of staff are all a credit to the hotel. We did find a lot of the staff to be very abrupt and quite rude with not even a welcome or a smile. Some of the staff cooking the breakfast were very ignorant. This really lets the hotel down as it’s a lovely place. There is a snack bar that’s open 10am to 5pm where you can get toasties, sandwiches, croissants and cakes which were really great. The pool bar was great, didn’t have to queue for long and it was well stocked. Brilliant cocktails. The pools were very cold at this time of year, it would have been nice to have a heated pool. When sunbathing around certain parts of the pool you do get a sewage type smell that comes and goes. There are also lots of cats that have made the hotel their home. The cats didn’t bother us though. Overall we had a good holiday and would return. Limassol marina and shops was no more than a 15 minute bus journey which made a good day out. Going in the other direction you have a lovely resort called St Raphael which is no more than a 15 minute journey.

Just had 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. The hotel is really clean, rooms are comfortable and the food is some of the best I have had on an all inclusive board. The staff are all really friendly and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Unfortunately the entertainment team had mostly left leaving only Ashleigh East to carry the whole load by herself, Aqua Zumba, killer darts, killer pool, water polo, kids club, mini disco, singing in the adults only bar. Boy does she work hard in keeping everything ticking over. One amazing lady well done Ashleigh On the downside the pools are absolutely Baltic I can normally bear a cold pool and always get in but unfortunately not this time. Even the indoor pool was cold. There is not a lot to do in the area and the local beach is awful. Just mud really. Everything is a bus ride away. Old town is 20 mins away and My Mall about 50 mins. Bus fare is 2 euros anywhere. Would I go back? Probably not due to location but would definitely use Atlantica chain again.
