Hilton Garden Inn Lexington/Georgetown

Very good. What we have come to expect from Hilton. My only suggestion. Provide a buffer breakfast vs pay for breakfast. Hamptons breakfast is included, why not at more expensive Garden Inn? At least muffins, yogurt. Slight blimp with elevator, issue eliminated within a couple of hours. Outside area very comfortable. Adjacent Cattleman's, excellent. We sat at the bar on a very busy Sunday afternoon.

Was here for a convention. They are finishing up renovations. Sherry at the desk was very personable. This hotel is newly updated. All the staff is helpful and appreciates your business. I had a king size room - liked the rug and the pictures on the wall. Also the large screen TV is not to be missed. They need to use 2 ply toilet tissue. Several hotel amenities were not in use - hot tub and the pool. The restaurant was only open for breakfast - it was not open for other meals. They offer great outdoor space with walkable restaurants. This location is very quiet. Liked the wood floors and the comfortable chair in the room. The bathrooms were very small. The Toyota plant was 4 miles away. The Lexington airport is 30 minutes away. This hotel is well worth the money. I will be back. Continued Success !!!

The room was clean and there is plenty of parking. The furniture is definitely dated and should be upgraded. Breakfast was not up Garden Inn standards. Pancakes were terrible, bacon over cooked. Ordered an egg white omelet came out yellow egg. Tea was served not hot - but warm.

I really tried to find the positives, but couldn't. There is no excuse for the filth and unsanitary practices. Stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was by far the worst of all the Hilton I stayed at this summer. Checked in and noticed that the only window in the room was either dirty / frosted over blocking light into the room and the carpets looked like they needed to be cleaned. The cover for the duvet was ripped in multiple places and also had what looked like bodily fluid stains on it. Towels were frayed and found multiple hair blobs in the shower. Spoke to a desk clerk the next morning, and asked to be moved to a different room after explaining the the above. I believe she was the manager, she stated she couldn't move us, but they can replace the comforter/ sheets/ towel and have the room cleaned. I left for the day, and returned late in the evening after work to discover not only were the dirty linen not changed, the room wasn't serviced at all. It was a an inexpensive hotel, that was worse than a motel. Hilton gold members usually get breakfast credit or points, and I got neither. I wouldn't have eaten there after seeing the room. Stay away, the area has so many 3 star hotels, that would be cleaner than this one. Usually, you get a survey from the hotel after check out to review your stay, but I received none.

Employees did an outstanding job. Furniture was scratched and could used updating. Sheets and towels were clean. Room was not swept well enough and bathroom needed some demolding. There were dead roaches in the lobby. I went to Hilton Garden Inn in Louisville the day after I stayed at the Georgetown one and it was leaps and bounds more superior than the Georgetown one.

Stayed one night for business. Bathroom shower was dingy; wear shower shoes. Nasty carpet and chair in room. Decent enough for one night, but could be cleaner. I would wipe everything down with a Clorox wipe before you settle in for the night. AC worked well.

It needs a total make over! Motel 6 would have been better. The beds was old and hard, there was mold in the bathroom, the chair was falling apart and stained. You had to pay for a breakfast you get free anywhere else. The lobby had so much perfume you could hardly breath. But the desk clerks was AWSOME !!! VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL.

Run down room and furniture. Flickering light in bathroom. Not the cleanest (someone else’s socks under bed). Spartan breakfast. Only scrambled eggs bacon and lousy potatoes. Choice of four sugary cereals, runny oatmeal, and white bread. No diamond member benefits. No water bottles provided. Coffee in lobby had mismatched lids for cups; 2nd rate coffee. This might be ok for a cheap place, but a poor value for @165/nt. I expected better from a Hilton in Garden inn

This hotel is clean and quiet. But it is dated. We were there two nights and they did not serve any meals but breakfast. They refer you to a nearby restaurant, Cattlemens, which is a very good restaurant, but sometimes you just want to eat dinner at the hotel. The first morning we went down to eat breakfast and there weren't any empty tables so we ended up going out to another restaurant for breakfast. The second morning we had breakfast in the hotel and it was fine. I just wish we'd been able to do it the day before and perhaps for dinner. After checking out, I discovered errors in my bill, which I haven't had corrected yet, I did enjoy the hot tub. And all of the employees were very friendly. The hotel is fine, just nothing special.
