it's quite a horrible experience booking this place. I couldn't make it to the trip due to emergency so my friends were going through all the hassles. When they arrived the host said he couldn't find our booking record. After he double checked he said he found the booking records but the place was already fully booked. So he brought them to another building instead which was 7 minutes away. The new location was fine but it's definitely an older building than the one we originally booked. The worst case was one of the room given didn't have a working light/lamps. My friend texted the host and all he replied was noted and no action was taken. It's an unpleasant experience overall and wouldn't recommend booking this hotel.

check out time is 12pm, but if another hotel is at least 1pm, you can deposit back. This place has to wait until 3 hours to get your deposit. and owner can share the sentence 'don't chase anymore. indeed it will be for a slow deposit 'which is stupid for me as you are doing business, you suppose to answer to your customer inquiry. mula2 asked for payment he said by 1pm. Then he said by 3pm. so it's kind of a bit of a service die. This place has a house and many rooms. The cleaner didn't come today. So who is sitting in the front room of the kitchen mmg akn smell mcm2 laa if the cleaner doesn't come cause garbage and dishes and cups will all stay in the sink. and the sink is right in front of room 3. it will smell and be dirty.
