Checked in was fast, room is clean and still brand new. Breakfast buffet is reasonable but no press coffee only coffee from a jug. This is a surprised as the rate was pretty expensive.
I have never experience in 20 years of any hotel stay where the hoteliers made me signed and dated a notice sheet, informing me, among other things, the RM panelty for checking out after 12 noon.

If you come here by ferry, the location is particularly good, only about 100 to 200 meters away from the pier, and within walking distance to Xingzhou Bridge, Street Art Street, and Chinatown; the hotel is an old colonial-style building, and the rooms are slightly small, but overall comfortable and convenient; there are not many varieties of breakfast, but the quality is good.
