1st time here. Amazed with the scenery offered and also on the superb facilities. Check in process is smooth and 2 staffs at reception counter are very polite and greet us with smile. Free flow americano and espresso also offered at the counter.
Room is good and the bed and pillows are comfy enough. In house cafe provides good food for dinner and breakfast (to purchase). Pool is good and opened until 10pm. Me and my kids even goes for a swim at 915pm.
Definitely will come again in the future with other family members. Worth the price!

Staying in 3 bedroom apt. Easy checkin. Parking just right infront of the apt. Swimming pool is good. Just u need to walk down and up the hill. Gated with access card. No aircond, but fan is enough. Not that hot. Limited choice of food at the cafe. Bring your own as the apt have cooking facility.

Sgt brpuas hati stay kat hotel ni.host sgt mmbantu dlm prjlnan ke hotel bila kami hmpir sesat sbb hotel ni agaksusah nak jumpa.receptionist sgt mesra dan chek in out sgt lancar.bilik hotel bersih.katil single tp besar mcm double bed.kalau bilik single twin bole muat 4 5 org.tv ada byk channel tp kna contact host utk mintak id n pasword.kami dpt view pool sgt tenang bila kat balkoni..pool bukak dr 8pg-10mlm.boleh pakai baju biasa bila nk mandi.tp kami xmandi sebab xsempat 😅 overall kalau nak dtg genting lg msti akn repeat hotel ni.

Maybe the hotel can implement a rule that no noise should be made after 10 PM until 8 AM the next day. A family with 2 kids checked in next door and they were making loud noises at 9:48 PM, and only became quiet after 12 AM. They continued making noise again at 4 AM until they checked out at 9 AM. I understand hotel walls are not soundproof, a little noise is okay, we can understand that, but this was a massive problem. We were restless all night long until the next morning😂 Overall, the hotel is nice, very clean, and has good service.
