It was our first time in GenSan and our stay in London was really comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. Accommodating staff and nice play to stay.

We arrived not knowing if we would be able to book rooms we were 3 couples looking for one night stay. The staff were very helpful and professional we booked our rooms and within less than an hour were on the very clean and sandy beach enjoying a beer, We ate in the resort restaurant food was exceptional and service was fast and courteous, we are already planning to return again later in the year.

I have been working in the region for over a year, and I have been staying in this hotel for over a week, for a professional stay. The rooms are very comfortable. The service is excellent. You can pay by card at the hotel and in the restaurant. A ticket machine is available in the entrance hall. There is a small, very complete supermarket open 24 hours, where you can also pay by card. The wifi connection is very fast and stable. The sector is also covered by 5G. Having experienced many restaurants in the region, I can say without hesitation that the hotel restaurant is excellent and undoubtedly offers the best value for money in this region. If you love good pizza, this is the place for you! You should know that the hotel is located in a resort by the sea. So there can be lively evenings and music, but only on weekend evenings. In summary, given local standards (sometimes questionable), this establishment is really at the top! I'm extending my stay by a week!

We were hoping for a nice quiet getaway and sadly it was anything but.There was very loud music outside saturday night on the property until midnight which made it impossible to sleep and then unbelievably we were woken up sunday morning at 6am by the same loud music being played on the property.When we were checking out we asked about the 6am loud music and we were told that they have a zumba class at 6am on a sunday so unless you want 4 or 5 hours sleep don't stay there on fri sat because you'll be awake until midnight and woken up at 6am on a sunday morning.This should be stopped because it ruined our stay and we will not stay there again after that.Its a shame because the room was so nice and big and immaculate and the grounds are so pretty and the ocean just a few feet away.The plated breakfast included was very good and you're given 4 Filipino choices or 4 Western choices.The staff was very professional and nice but the very loud music until midnight and the 6am Zumba class ruined our sleep and our stay.Also there were loud guests right outside our window after midnight so noise was a big problem here sadly

I had an amazing stay with my family at London beach resort. The room was clean and the bed was clean comfy. Although the sheet was stained so I requested a new sheet which they happily changed. The food was good but I think the service needs to be improve.
