The hotel was quiet and nice!

Beautiful resort. Food and service are fantastic. Our servers Joseph & Ann were extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a trouble to them. The pool and gardens are 5 star. The Oceanside bar is a delight to experience. A permanent Happy Hour 2 for 1 cocktails and drinks made it even more delightful. Big fat comfortable outdoor lounges & pillows made afternoons and an outdoor movie or two a real treat. Anna, our house maid kept our rooms clean and fresh. Franklin oversaw all aspects of our stay, she checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was up to par. Ocean swims are only good at high tide but the pool is huge. Originally I was allocated an upstairs room but I made a request to be downstairs which was immediately done. The rooms are big and the outdoor shower was a lovely touch, all in all a delightful stay. Highly recommended! There were some little maintenance problems with my room on arrival which were fixed right away.

The staff was so helpful! Nico helped us transfer to the Bleu from the previous Villa we were at. Michelle, Ariene, Raflyn, Ezra and Franz were all so friendly and assisted us each day. The food and drinks were tasty, beautiful views, they cleaned our room every day and the beds were comfortable. We also were able to work with their WiFi connection which was very important to us and the air conditioning worked great in our room! Definitely recommend!

Set in a tropical garden along the shoreline the resort portrays a 4* hotel image. There is no beach, at low tide rock formations with sharp edges are visible. Non motorized water sports are complementary, at high tide a SUP or kayak tour is possible. One main restaurant and a sunset bar offer F&B. We stayed 5D/4N in a garden room. Airport roundtrip transfer was arranged through the front desk @ php 5000 in a private minivan. Rooms are functional, minimal amenities, eg. not enough hanging space for wet swimwear. The resort goes into sanctuary mode at 9 pm, it’s quiet, no more service. The staff is friendly but lacks attention to detail and the level of service varies. Breakfast is complementary, egg station, fruits, bakery items, it gives you a decent start into the day. During our stay breakfast was offered twice at the sunset bar along the waterfront which is nice. With plenty of tricycles and tuktuks along the street, it’s easy to get around. There are good restaurants and other shops in walking distance, the town center is about 5-10 mins by tricycle.Sitting along the shore on one of the sunbeds, reading a book or just relaxing, one quickly misses the opportunity to stroll along the beach or to be able to take a dip into the ocean. There is a lot of missed opportunities and plenty of room for improvement at this resort. In order to be a 4*, service, amenities and overall upkeep need improvement.

Pool looks great right? That is the ONLY good thing about this hotel! Razor sharp headboard split my head open. Rooms changed everyday due some problem. Breakfast varied sometimes OK but dinners not available till thawed (disgusting). We had three different mosquito ridden rooms with tv and internet problems then one night in the pool side villa where the hot water never worked. Comped two “free” massages that then showed up on my visa bill. AVOID this bait and switch!

The place is so amazing and relaxing my first ever stay and travel in siargao. All our request food even out of menu was been taken good care off which we appreciate more. All staff from the management, chef let me drop some names like our chef Adrian help us with our meal request,our very polite server Ate Mikay, Franklin who make sure our room is immaculate in pool area Kuya Bert and til bar area i just remember his from Pilar forgot his name but overall all of them are very approachable and helpful hopefully we can come back soon looking forward if you guyz can have some acoustic performer in future it will be defintely great. Keep it up and we love Siargao Bleu 🥰 Mabrook!

Booked this resort for a couples retreat, and it isn't what we expected at all based off the information provided by the resort online. Resort outdated completely. Villa room is a bit of a mess: door has a gap when you close it, no night lamps, no safe, ripped bed sheets. Washroom advertised as its outside with the shower, but the toilet area is a room itself with no ventilation or AC, so you can imagine what type of air you're dealing with at a 35 degree weather. Some staff were very kind, mostly the restaurant servants and room service. If you want to rent a bike, take a 5/10min walk to a different shop otherwise the resort will give you the bike with no gas and no compensation.
