Reservation made on 27/12/2022 via *********** during the stay 25/01/2023-29/01/2023. We took advantage of the non-refundable offer without the possibility of cancellation, but with the possibility of changing the date of stay once. Unfortunately, on On January 22, three out of four people (including the driver) who were supposed to stay there fell ill with the flu. On the same day we asked to change the date of stay. Realizing that the ski season is in full swing, we proposed that if there is no place for us this season, we will ask for a date in the 2023/2024 season. Hotel Response: We understand your situation, but we can't do anything because you reported too late that you can't come and we are unable to sell this booking. I sent the information about the disease immediately, as soon as I found out that it was not an infection that would pass quickly. Taking into account the fact that illness is not planned and the fact that information is immediately sent to the hotel that due to illness we are unable to reach and use the reservation, we are very surprised that a facility that has such good reviews treats its customers in such a way. Due to the fact that our reservation was lost and the hotel did not want to change the date of our stay, I will not be able to assess the actual level of services provided by the hotel. I just hope that our payment of over $2,000. EUR will be allocated to employee bonuses. I do not recommend this facility. They may have beautiful interiors in their rooms, but they lack the usual human empathy.
