This hotel is, as the name suggests, right in the middle of Sölden. The reception staff were very helpful at check in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and very restful with Nespresso machines and replenished capsules. The restaurant was wonderful for breakfast and dinner. A wonderful salad bar followed by 7 courses. There is now also a Michelin starred restaurant but we didn’t try this on this stay. There are two spa areas, the most modern one is on the higher floors with a beautiful pool and outdoors whirlpool. There are saunas with beautiful views. This one is clothed and also allows children. On the lower floors there is the original spa which is “ textile free” and adults only. Both have sauna rituals. We used both every day. We also had fabulous massages with Johanna and a brilliant facial with Anna. For skiers there is an incredible minibus service which takes you and picks you up from any ski location in Sölden. An excellent stay and would highly recommend .

Back to the Das Central during mid term for the 4th time over the years. Writing another review now as they have renovated and opened a new roof top spa with out door heated pool, huge whirl pool area new saunas with incredible views , and a fabulous wellness / massage treatment area. On arrival that lovely warm welcome still awaits and you are enveloped into the embrace of the Das Central family . The reception team are just fantastic, they never tired of our constant requests, airport transfers, ski lessons booked ( ski passes available here as well which makes the whole thing a lot easier ) , restaurants on the slopes arranged for Lunch - do not miss the Wirtshaus, Falcon and best of all the Ice Cube – I did not think it was possible that the Ice Cube could improve any more, but it has - sublime. The 2017 Pino 3000 is drinking really well now - try it Once more the breakfast buffet impressed, it is one of the best I have ever seen and the juicing room as ever is a joy. It was great to see that the same staff were here again to look after us. Some names escape me but there was Martin in the restaurant Sandra of course what a great lady, Marie, Josef, Kathrin, Renate, Anna Katharina and the team in reception. The bar team are just incredible but again names escape me. Andrea in Housekeeping, Lordan and Joseph driving the ski shuttle bus, the list goes on , so to all the team thank you once more, we will be back

Best hotel in Soelden by far. Everything is in top order, food, drinks and spa. A designated shuttle can take you to the slopes for skiing, which is ever so handy and the staff are amazing. Alexander (the tall one) was working in the fondue restaurant when we were inside there, what a great guy. Loved his attitude and the way he treated everyone. Promotion for him! The spa is amazing, Peters sauna sessions at 5:30pm are so good - must try. For the meals in their restaurant, you are charged 7 euros for bottled water - get tal water and its the same and you save money. There is nothing to complain about for this place, it is a great place to stay and has amazing facilities.

Das Hotel Central sticht wirklich heraus und macht Vieles noch ein bisschen besser als andere Häuser dieser Kategorie! Doch besonders der Service und Speisen sind herausragend! Leider sind vielen Besuchern die normalen Sauna-Regeln nicht bekannt. Diese sollten dringend ausgehängt und vieleicht auch beim Check-In erläutert werden. Denn die Mitnahme von Getränken in den Sauna-Aufguss und das Betreten der Saune während des Aufgusses sind absolute No-Gos. Hier scheinen Gäste aus England und Asian vollkommen unwissend zu sein, was mir durchaus teilweisendie Freuden beim Aufguss genommen hat. Das sit sehr schade, denn die Wellness-Bereiche (neu im 5.OG und älterer Teil im UG) sind sehr schön gemacht. Doch ich denke mit Aushang der Regeln udn Erläuterung wäre das lösbar. Doch wenn man die laute, sauna-unwissende und teilweise störende Meute vermieden bekommt (Chancen im UG sind größer) dann lässt sich auch im Wellnessbereich gut entspannen. Das muss das Hotel vermutlich noch seinen Weg finden. Und dennoch ist das gesamte Haus jederzeit bemüht dem Gast einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglich. Extrem tolöer Service und herausragendes Essen (besonders beim Abend-Menü). Serh gute Weinkarte! Gute Fitnessräume und prima Skiraum. Somit kann man dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ein spitzen Haus, das sixh durchaus auch mit den besten Häusern in St.Moritz messen kann. Vielen Dank für Ihre Mühe und die tollen Tage. Esnwird ganz bestimmt auch ein vierter Besuch Ihres Hauses erfolgen. Ich freue mich immer sehr, dass meinem. Wunsch des gleichen Zimmers und gleichen Tisches zum Essen entsprochen wurde! Grüße SG

Honestly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. We went for Christmas and couldn’t have asked for more. The rooms were immaculate, the spa and facilities are so well looked after. The ski lockers are a good size with lots of space to get boots on and get ready to head out. The transfers to and from the foot of the slopes were excellent. The dining was such an experience, Christmas Eve was such a special evening. The food was delicious. All in all a most excellent stay and one I’d love to repeat. Thanks you to all at Das Central.

Als "altgedienter" Centralgast glaubt man, von nichts mehr überrascht werden zu können - aber mit dieser Meinung liegt man offensichtlich ganz falsch. Mein Mann und ich hatten vor kurzer Zeit den lebenden Beweis dafür: Ein wunderschönes neu renoviertes Zimmer, ein nagelneuer Spa - Bereich der seinesgleichen sucht, wobei wir das Whirlpool mit Traumausblick besonders geschätzt haben. Aber am meisten hat uns das neue Gourmetangebot begeistert - wir schwärmen jetzt noch davon! Ein besonders großes Lob an den neuen Chef de Cuisine Stefan Speiser und die Souschefin Julia Gutenbrunner! Das Service sowie dessen Leitung halten natürlich perfekt mit dieser Spitzenleistung mit! Wir haben das Hotel sowie den Spa Bereich einfach nur genossen und es war super, Service auf oberstem Niveau. Super schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen, jeden Tag abwechslungsreiche Menüs. Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Großes Dankeschön an Heesun Zacher, sehr herzliche Frau. Ich habe eine Gesichtsbehandlung gebucht, die meine Haut strahlen ließ. Sehr schöne Behandlung mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten. Der Service war erstklassig und die Atmosphäre entspannend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen das Hotel vom Herzen!

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem wunderbaren Hotel und es war von der ersten Sekunde an , richtig Familiär. Es ist so unglaublich, wie wohl und heimlich man sich fühlen kann. Frau Zacher und ihr Team aus dem Beauty & Massage Center gingen absolut auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse ein und sie setzen sie zu 1000% um. Vielen lieben Dank für eure unvergessliche Behandlung und Beratung bezüglich der Produkte. Dieses heimeliges Gefühl, wurde uns vom kompletten Team mit auf die nächste Reise gegeben. Das komplette Serviere Team war unbeschreiblich herzlich zum Geburtstag meines Mannes und es hat uns zu Tränen gerührt, wie sie seinen Ehrentag gefeiert haben.
