Très bel établissement avec beaucoup de charme. Le service est impeccable et la propreté de la chambre remarquable. Le service est très attentionné et le petit déjeuner qui fait la part belle à de bons produits locaux est délicieux. Il pleuvait dommage mais nous avons quand même pu faire le tour du lac en contrebas aux eaux vert émeraude.

Sehr schönes und historisches Haus. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind gut eingerichtet. Die Zimmer im Schloss sind absolut der Hammer. Frühstücksbuffet ist super und sehr reichhaltig. Essen im Hotel ebenfalls hervorragend. Der eine Kellner aus Ungarn ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

ottima posizione, camera molto curata arredamento antico tappeti per terra. Molto pulita. Ristorante fantastico sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo. Colazione ottima e abbondante! Penso che se ritornerò da queste parti ci farò tappa sicuramente!

The hotel is located directly on the road that leads to the Fernpass - we knew that. However, the available rooms all faced the road and were not really clean, there were lots of dead flies outside the window and the food on offer was a maximum of "3 minus". The service in the restaurant was nice - the concierge spoke poor German and we had to explain everything several times. That wouldn't have been a problem either - but overall it was really unsatisfactory... What a pity.

It was one of the worst nights I have ever spent in a hotel. We were in the Ludwig Suite. It started in the evening. There was a banging noise everywhere on the ceiling and in the suite itself. You could hear animals running around. When we asked at reception, they just said that the problem was known... There were dormice that lived in the attic and had gained access to the suite through the wood. We slept for a maximum of 2 hours that night and left the very next day.

Nous nous sommes juste arrêtés pour manger à midi, le restaurant du château n'est pas ouvert à cette heure, il nous faut aller au restaurant self service de l'autre côté du pont. C'est un petit self service mais les plats sont préparés à la demande. Nous y prenons une Wienerschnitzel et un cordon bleu, tout deux étaient excellent et en très bonne quantité. Nous reviendrons mais cette fois y dormir.

Gern mache ich auf dem Weg nach Italien oder zurück nach Deutschland hier Station. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fernsteinpass in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Kaum entfernt man sich von dieser Hauptverkehrsroute über die Alpen umgibt einen eine wunderschöne Alpenlandschaft mit den einmaligen Fernsteinseen. Dies lädt zur ausgiebigen Wanderung ein. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind recht komfortabel eingerichtet und dank der schallisolierten Doppelfenster auch recht leise. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Angebot ist von guter Qualität und Vielfalt. Das Restaurant und die Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein, der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmig. Es gibt eine kostenlosen Hotelparkplatz 50 m vom Eingang.
