The service staff are polite, close to the street and the station, and the location is great

My family and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Initially there were no problems. Choosing this hotel because I have stayed here and it is comfortable. However, on the third night, there was a private dinner for a company from outside Java. Unfortunately, this activity was not notified to other guests and we, who were also staying at the hotel on the night of the private dinner, could not use the restaurant even though we had an appointment for a family gathering and an invitation. This made us very uncomfortable, there was no notification and made us embarrassed by our invitation and forced to have dinner outside the hotel. Please, we also pay and are customers. Thank You
