i cut my stay there short because the wifi was super slow and the room was very dark and depressing and the bed was not comfortable. room is really old - walls are peeling, outlets falling out. fine for a night or two if you need a convenient place near the train station and malioboro st. staff are nice and pleasant.

Nice Hotel, so near with Malioboro. The room so wide, the facilities so complete. I love about the design this hotel, very old but rich. The staff so friendly, I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues, friends & family to stay here. Nice hotel and the price is so cheap.

Feedback from our guest who we booked a room for, " Airconditioning is not working properly, so it was hot when I checked in the room, the evening around 20:00, Electricity was off and no air-conditioning made things got worse. I went to the front office, no one there. then I went to outside, lights were on, so only this hotel was no electricity. Imagine in the old building i was alone, no guests, even no staff, how scary was that! I stayed 30mins or so in the room, but decided to change the hotel. Almost no refund. So bad. Gute Lage. Freundliches aber inkompetentes Personal. Zimmer völlig verfallen. Nie renoviert. Schlechtes Hostel-Niveau. Kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern eine sehr kleine Box mit kaltem Reis jnd kalteStückchen von Huhn oder Tofu. Kaffee muss man selber kochen. Klopapier gibt es auch anf Anfrage keines. Usw.

This is my second time stayed here...due near by Malioboro attraction and like homy for me....in this occasion need more attention for cleanliness there is spiderweb still hanging on the ceiling .. A lot of mosquitos ... Hot water not available at 4 pm ...the towel is not absord well due the material is not pure cotton... Linen spot ... Pls do rapidly for all above matters .... To keep your business in highest level... Thanks you
