The hotel has a lot of attention for a 4-star hotel. The rooms are stuffy and have a strange smell, the air conditioning barely works and in the evening it turns off automatically, as I found out, as soon as the temperature drops. So at night it is very hot and stuffy, opening the window is a disaster because at night they eat cars that are racing with a torn muffler. And at the reception, after the intervention, we heard that they were turning off the air conditioning for our good so as not to get sick. .the furniture is quite old and worn out, the same applies to electronics and electronics. The hotel is clean, but the equipment and decor from the 1990s are of poor quality. It definitely needs renovation and should have a 3-star status. Too much money for the standard of this hotel. The best thing is the location. Breakfasts were also satisfactory. The mattresses are very soft and need to be replaced.

Old and smelly
This hotel maybe had 4 stars but in 1980. The stench inside was very bad. Not modern at all, needs renovation. Disgusting breakfast.

I loved it
I have stayed here for 3 nights. The location is excellent, near the Gdynia promenade. The room is surprisingly spacious. I can only recommend it.

Horrible service, never again
The AC was not working and we did not get a new functioning room until the last night.
And the hotel wasn’t willing to compensate for the faulty room we had for 3 nights. Nobody that could decide was willing to speak with me, not even call me. I asked for the phone number to call myself, but did not get it. Service was the worst I have ever experience. I regret that I stayed more than the first night when I was not getting a change of room.

Oppgraderte rommet, før ankomst, betalte 60 Pl zloty pr natt. Slitt rom m teppe,ble lovet hav utsikt så så vidt sjøen mellom trær. Dårlig renhold da vi måtte be om å få redd opp senger og støvsuge hver dag under vårt opphold. Dette hotellet svarte ikke til våre forventninger. Vi vil ikke anbefale dette hotellet. Ut i fra prisen vi betalte, forstår ikke at dette hotellet har fire stjerner Ps frokosten var grei nok.
