Great hotel
Nice hotel close to the main station. You barely hear any trains when sleeping,which is good.
Tasty breakfast with a wide variety of things to choose from. Room 127 was nice and clean. High quality sauna for men. The women's sauna could use an upgrade though. Plenty of fitness equipment to use.

Mysigt i centrum
Trevligt hotell med centralt läge med gångavstånd till det mesta i centrala Gävle. Sköna sängar o tyst på hotellet. Testade inga bekvämligheter som gymneller liknande. En trevlig restaurang i källaren.

Klockren service
Vi firade mina dotters examen på hotellet. Personalen på hotellet var mycket professionell och servicen var utmärkt. Maten och tårtan var perfekt.
Allt var superbra planerat med servicen och hjälpen vi fick till lunchen!
Läget på hotellet var också jättebra!

Vi kommer tillbaka
Det var andra gången vi bodde på hotellet och det var lika trevligt denna gång. Dock var det väldigt kallt på rummet. Vi bad receptionen höja temperaturen men då kylan berodde på drag från ventilation blev det inte varmare. I övrigt var vår vistelse toppen!

Hotellet var trevligt och rummet fint. Dock så var heltäckningsmatta i matsal ganska smutsigt och skapade allergisk reaktion på mig. Jobbigt att äta frukost då.
Det saknades vinglas på rummet.

Slitet hotell
Hotellet är mörkt och slitet. Badrummet kändes som en inrättning med rostfria hyllor. Hotellkorridoren och trapphuset luktade kräka.
