El buffet del desayuno es excepcional. Destacaría la calidez del hotel, principalmente lograda por la amabilidad de las personas, a todos los niveles. La ubicación del hotel es ideal, cerca de todo pero sin dejar de ser un "oasis" de tranquilidad.

Agradable hotel con una ubicación perfecta para todas las excursiones y en un pueblo muy tranquilo. El hotel cuenta con una piscina climatizada y una terraza estupenda que añade un plus a la estancia. Tiene dos restaurantes (comida más formal y una pizzería) en los q no es necesario reservar y se come muy bien y a buen precio, lo q hace q sea muy cómodo y de mucho margen de improvisar. El personal es amabilísimo, desde recepción, limpieza y restaurantes. El bufet de desayunos muy bueno y variado. Sin duda recomiendo.

What a wonderful experience! After a tiring drive through heavy rain and snow we arrived at the hotel not knowing quite what to expect. We were wonderfully surprised! The welcome from the charming lady on reception was warm and sincere. She told us everything we needed to know about the hotel, restaurant opening times; location and use of spa, gym and the swimming pool. I think they must have upgraded us because our room was magnificent, with what seemed like the biggest bed we have ever slept in.....and very comfortable too. Dinner was great, as was breakfast. The waiter could not have been more jolly and accomodating after I explained my dietry needs. We used to break our journey from Spain to France by staying at Vielha, but no more. In future we WILL stay at Vilagaros. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you to all the staff there!

Habitaciones comodas y acogedoras. Comodo salon con chimenea para descansar del dia de esqui. Personal siempre dispuesto a servir al cliente. Traslado a pistas en comodos vehiculos. Buena restauracion tanto de menu como a la carta. Hace años que vamos y volveremos.

El hotel es super amplio (aparentemente todo adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida). El personal de 10 en todos los casos. Está bien situado, con el parking público una calle por detrás (2 minutos a pie). El desayuno está muy bien en todos los aspectos. En nuestro caso, y es una cosa que muchos hoteles flojean, pudimos descansar muy bien porque el aislamiento acústico es bueno. Por poner alguna pega, no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Es normal teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de montaña y ski, pero en estos días de temperaturas tan altas, se agradecería.

Hemos tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar de cuatro días de descanso en el Hotel VilaGaros y más que estar en un fabuloso hotel con todos los servicios deseables, parece que hemos estado en casa de unos amigos a los que vas a visitar y aprovechar para descansar y recorrer la comarca, y digo esto porque la Atencion, el trato y el buen hacer del personal de este hotel hace que, verdaderamente, te sientas como en casa de unos amigos. Desde el trabajo de la recepción, con Carles y sus compañeras, la labor impecable de los camareros, la atención personalizada hasta el máximo detalle de Mohammed, hasta llegar a la cordialidad, empatía y generosidad de quien los dirige, Rafa. En resumen, insuperable, volveremos a visitar a estos amigos en La Vall d’Aran.

Amabilidad de todo el personal, desayuno fantástico, buen servicio de bus a pistas. Por decir algo en las habitaciones que son dúplex en la parte de arriba se echaba de menos un espejo y una papelera.

Accueil parfait de tout le personnel, tout le monde est au petit soin. L'hôtel est très charmant et typique, coin salon avec cheminée bibliothèque et jeux, les chambres sont spacieuses et literie de qualité. Petit déjeuner parfait, copieux et de qualité Le restaurant est correct, rapport qualité prix interessant pour le secteur. Nous reviendrons !

No defrauda, es la quinta vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y cada vez nos cuidan mejor, el desayuno es completísimo y más. El servicio de restauración excelente, el de hotel igual, de transfer a pistas genial, lo único que lo tienes que reservar el día de antes a partir de las 3 . Limpieza excelente. Es un hotelazo con piscina y Gym.. en un pueblito de cuento .. y para todos... Hay habitaciones de todo tipo y también apartamentos . Entretenimiento de pequeños, salón con chimenea, merienda de esquiador por cortesía del hotel... Y. Un montón de cosas. Repetiremos seguro.
