Location meravigliosa. Pace e relax con un tramonto da favola. Tutto ben curato casetta pulita e ben accessoriata. Balcone lato mare splendido. Giardino molto ben curato e accessoriato… Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Che dire…. Vacanza TOP

Esperides offre appartamenti fronte mare inseriti in un bel contesto di spazio. Non è presente una vera e propria spiaggia, ci sono scogliere e di fronte alla struttura hanno creato la possibilità di accedere in mare. Gli appartamenti sono 5, tutti identici a detta del proprietario e c'è un comodo parcheggio privato. Nel grande spazio comune si possono trovare tavolini, aree relax con sdraio, un area bimbi con scivolo, altalene e altri giochi ed un area con due zone barbecue.
Gli appartamenti, tutti con ingresso indipendente, hanno una bella e rilassante terrazza vista mare ed offrono un angolo cucina abbastanza attrezzato defilato dalla zona giorno con divano letto e divano, una camera da letto separata ed un piccolo bagno con doccia. Gli spazi sono giusti per un piacevole soggiorno. Il livello di pulizia è nella norma, mentre il wifi non funzionava come tale.. attenzione ai gatti che possono essere insistenti e sfondano anche la già di suo traballante zanzariera. Il proprietario, nonostante ci aveva confermato via messaggio un mese prima una nostra richiesta sulla tipologia di appartamento, 4 giorni prima ci ha avvisato che non sarebbe più stato possibile.

LE POSITIF: Accueil chaleureux Parking au pied de la porte de l'appartement.( pratique pour les valises). Endroit avec une jolie vue mer et un jardin aménagé avec des transats , des hamacs, On peut se baigner seulement par eau très calme ( rochers ). Très joli coucher de soleil sur les palmiers. Grand appartement avec belle terrasse vue mer. Cuisine bien équipée ( attention ! ne rien laisser dehors sur les plans de travail à cause des fourmis ) Possibilité de faire une machine pour le linge pour 5 euros. Vélos à disposition ainsi qu'un barbecue à l'extérieur. Douche extérieure pour se rincer. Le village à coté est très agréable : restaurant de poissons excellent: le PANORAMA . Et la boulangerie est tout simplement formidable ( voir photos de la devanture car il y en à deux ) LE NEGATIF: Pas de ménage pendant tout le séjour ( ils donnent les draps et les serviettes ,et il faut tout faire soi même ) La femme de ménage ne le fait qu'au changement de clients: jamais bonjour , jamais un sourire. il faudrait rénover les meubles de jardin . Les vélos ne sont pas en bon état; Le système d'évacuation de la salle de bain a fait une inondation dès la première douche . Mauvais écoulement et porte de douche abimée. Prévoir de l'anti moustique (il y en a des gros ) et les moustiquaires sont abimées.

Σε ένα καταπληκτικό και ήσυχο σημείο με φοβερό ηλιοβασίλεμα. Το διαμέρισμα καλό με όλα τα απαιτούμενα σε οικοσυσκευή. Ένα μπάνιο με φοβερό ντους. Ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος πάρα πολύ ωραίος με ξαπλώστρες, τσουλίθρα, χώρος για παιχνίδι. Λουλούδια και εξωτερικές ντουζιέρες. Για οικογένεια ο ιδανικός προορισμός. Ευγενέστατοι και πάντοτε πρόθυμοι οι ιδιοκτήτες.
