Front desk clerks need to be informed guests of available services and amenities like breakfast, releasing of holding charges, internet connection, etc... Also you need to ask for a printed receipt as they don't email you the receipt or offer you a printed receipt upon check-out. If you leave in hurry, kiss you receipt good-bye unless you return back to the hotel and ask for one. Internet speed is horrible. You're better off using your own data cellular connection. Oh, and ask for some ear plugs as the restaurant next door will blast music in your ear until midnight if you happen to stay for the weekend.
