We wanted to take a family vacation for our first time at a hotel with a indoor water park. Wolf lodge’s water park was considered to big since we have a 3 and 5 year old. The room had food on the floor. The pillows and bed did not provide a pleasant night sleep. Had back pain in the morning and with 5 pillows still got little comfort, they had no substance. The bunk beds booked for my toddlers were not safe! The bed rail on the top bunk was about the height of the mattress. I would have been concerned sleeping on it myself! In the elevator lobby a drink sat on the decorative table for the 3 days. We found out after arriving that the pool was not included in our stay! I booked over the phone Abe had spoke with a “reservationist.” They we’re more interested in me purchasing time shares in the company rather than the details of this vacation! I was directed to a time share agent after booking our stay. There was no security by the pool entrance and anyone could come or go since the door lock didn’t work. When we had issues before arriving over the course of 2-3 hours no one answered the phone at the check in desk. Reservations was unwilling to help us with the cost of canceling our first night stay even though our daughter was sick and throwing up. Was livid to learn that the pool wasn’t included in the stay, was the entire point of booking the location! The eggs and sausage tasted horrible! My son fell bad enough at the pool that he had to be taken to the hospital; not one staff member asked if he was ok. No one acknowledged us or inquired if we were ok!
