Shabby hotel and poor maintenance. Small rooms, The hotel corridors are very narrow. The hotel lobby is very small, almost non existent. There is a claustrophobic feeling inside the hotel. Food quality poor. Location is good. 5 mins walk from MG Road.

Recently I stayed at Doma palace with my family and to my surprise this hotel was more than expected. Staffs are so nice and polite. Hotel manager Mahendra is an excellent manager and he made our stay very comfortable. Food served was so delicious and we didn't miss our home. I highly recommend this hotel if you are searching a good and pocket friendly stay in Gangtok. They also have hotel in Lachung as well 'the park palace' which is also a very nice hotel.

Hotel Doma palace was the Best Hotel to me in Gangtok, this was beside of MG Mall where I stayed for 2 nights. I went Gangtok 5 times in my life till now. But This hotel was Best. Luxury rooms, Foods, staffs behaviour all thing was ausome. The room rent was in my capacity which was sweatable. I rated 5 star for the Hotel.
