The rooms are clean and comfortable..bathrooms are tidy clean.. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful..ready to help you anytime..would give you proper suggestions on local travel sites.. The food in their restaurants is amazing..the staff in the restaurant is great.. Services are indescribable. Starting from food,cleaning etc etc all are just amazing. The manager and the staffs are very kind and helpful. We visited sinclair's for the second time and it's just amazing. Sinclair's will surely fulfill all your desires and it's totally worth the money and we hope it will be better and better day by day.

The rooms are good. The overall service is also good. The swimming pool is clean. The area is well maintained in clean. Parking is free for guests. The staffs are kind and helpful. It's worth the money and if you can afford it you must visit it once.

Very cooperative management & the hotel incharge ( operation manager) Nilavra Sanyal is very much helpful.good place for conference & wedding & about the view nothing to say...as per myself it's the best view on gangtok , and the food is too good

Excellent hospitality , all the staff were cordial . Lot of happy memories . Even the pool area was very good. Superb view from the balcony. It’s near to city and connectivity is good .. if someone wish to come To Gangtok i will surely recommend this hotel .

Stay has been comfortable. The response is good. All staff are cooperative.It is far from MG Marg.The hotel is neat and clean. The view from premium room is beautiful. Recommended.Clear trip should have been prompt with response of amendment request.

Pretty good hotel within the city, few yards from the govt handicrafts emporium. Connecting rooms as family room with baths was very good. The food was tasty and prepared and cooked on order and not just reheated. Special thanks to mr rahul who was very helpful in extending our stay without much hassle
