13층을 배정받아서 답답하지 않게 지낼 수 있었어요
시설은 깔끔한 정도였고 수건은 넉넉하게 인당 큰 수건 1장 작은 수건 2장 쓸 수 있었어요
욕실에서 냄새가 나서 확인 요청했는데 처음 오신 분은 잘 모르시겠다고 하시며 만실이라 룸체인지는 어렵고 방향제를 엄청 뿌리시고는 다시 체크하러 오신다고 하고 가셨어요
다시 체크하러 오신 분은 하수구도 봐주셨고 저희기 매트 때문인 것 같다고 치워달라고 해서 그거 가지고 간 이후로는 냄새가 좀 빠졌어요

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. I was glad that we were able to have breakfast on the last day. There were not enough shampoo and treatment for 2 people, but the location was convenient and I would like to use this hotel again. Although I could not speak Japanese, they were kind.
