Bad service at all. Even if i have requested them for water/towel/room cleaning they have taken more than 2 hrs to complete these requirements, bad stay overall.

It’s a good hotel for stay. Great service from staff. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots and also transport service. The location is great- very near Central Train Station. Thanks.

The room was not cleaned. Even drinking water as a primary need was not in the room. In no situation it was a premier room. Pricing was too high and service was too low. Kindly proceed with the adequate refund.
