The surrounding environment is average, and staying in Kingston city might be a better choice."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that a few light bulbs in the room were out, which the housekeeping staff seemed to have missed. I recommend checking this before the next guest checks in. That evening, we had a small problem with the toilet in our room, and a staff member quickly came up to fix it for us."

"Reception: The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a pleasant experience. Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The microwave was dirty, and I found a stain in the fridge. Additionally, the hairdryer had a noticeable stain on it, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell of burnt food that lingered throughout the night, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall: While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the poor room cleanliness significantly detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in housekeeping are essential."

"Don't look closely; there are dead insects everywhere. I brought my own electric mosquito swatter and spent the night swatting spiders off the ceiling from my bed. Of the four towels, only one was visibly white; the others all had brown stains from not being washed off. I suggest bringing your own soiled sheets and disposable bath towels; it might be okay for one night. However, if you have any standards, I advise against booking this. It's cheap, but there are too many problems. Oh, and by the way, it's okay if you don't turn on the air conditioning, but if you do, you won't be able to sleep at night—it's incredibly noisy, like a tractor, no exaggeration."
