Ambienti e mobilio nuovi e ampi, pulizia esemplare, grande cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari (sono riusciti ad aggiungere un letto in camera all'ultimo momento), angolo cottura con caffè, té, tisane e brioche (confezionate) a disposizione, qualcosa che ti fa sentire "accolto". Non è un hotel di lusso, non è uno stabile di pregio, non gode di una vista spettacolare, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e c'è tutto quello che serve.

Struttura molto ben curata nei particolari con gusto. Miniappartamenti puliti, spaziosi. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti eravamo 4 coppie con figli. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili. Ottimo punto per girare il Monferrato. Straconsigliato!
