"My stay at this hotel was simply deplorable. We were given a room with a frankly ugly view, as if someone were trying to punish us. (even though we booked a room with a view of the swimming pool). Worse still, housekeeping was simply ignored for three long days. The receptionist, when he deigned to respond, seemed to show total contempt for the customers. The restaurant was a mess: not only did they present us with the bill while we were still seated, but they literally ordered us to pay first without any consideration. This so called 5 star hotel actually doesn't deserve any stars. The reception staff are a disaster, rude and clearly incompetent. An experience to forget as quickly as possible… below the view from room 2195"
