音楽フェスで一泊しました。思ったよりきれいだったし、アメニティも問題ありませんでした。お風呂に洗い場があって逆にびっくりしました。チェックインもアウトもスムーズに出来ましたしよかったです。

夜遅くなってしまった場合でもきちんと対応してくださいました。
アメニティはフロントで自由にセルフでした。
恐竜さんがしっかりご挨拶してお出迎えしてくれます。
朝食もしっかりと和食、洋食もあり美味しかったです。
ホテルからもラグーナテンボスへ入場できたので大変便利でした。駐車場も無料で利用できとてもお得でした。
またラグーナに来る際はこのホテルに必ず泊まりたいです。

海岸の花火大会日程に合わせて2年連続で利用させていただいています。子供が恐竜好きなのでとても喜びましたが、チェックイン時の順番待ち、端末の操作性の悪さは改善いただけると良いなと思いました。
アメニティはフロントのバーからセルフでいただくシステム、チェックイン時混雑していたため後でいただきに行ったところ、20時過ぎにはフロント無人でバーも下げられており、声をかければ良かったのでしょうが、まあいっかとなりました。
部屋は狭いですが、ベッドは広いので、大人2人、4歳児1人で、ツインのシングルベッド2台で充分ゆっくり休めました。
2年続けて、ベッド下から前客の使用済みマスクが出てきたり、貼り薬の剥離紙が落ちていたり、部屋に蜘蛛の巣があるなど、ちょっと清掃は行き届いていないと感じました。
部屋の機能は、テーマパークで遊ぶついでに泊まるには必要最小限です。
クローゼットなし、アメニティもセルフ、部屋にミニバーやコーヒーもありません。が、そういうサービスと理解して利用させていただいてるので充分だと思います。
駐車場も舗装されていないので、ぬかるんでいる箇所がありましたが、
花火会場の最寄りで大変便利に使わせていただき、良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

しかし、特にお風呂・トイレの清掃が行き届いて無く、残念な気持ちになりました。

Overall hotel is decent but slightly rundown. Close to the theme park. Entry ticket is expensive and only allow access to go into half of the park (and blocked before the bridge. Must buy full rides ticket for everyone in order to see more of the light display which seems to be a rip off with people traveling with young kids and elderly whom will not ride.

It was beautiful.
I got an admission ticket for Laguna, and the light up at night was very beautiful.
The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing.
