Gimpaso Hotel

A super great stay experience The hotel has an incomparable sea view. I met a Japanese couple on the beach next to them to take wedding photos. It must be a romantic place. The hotel staff knew that we were foreigners and tried their best to communicate with us in non-Japanese. It was really very considerate. Several of them touched me. I will talk about the small details here. 1. The hotel provided us with a room that matched my birthday. 2. The hotel arranged for us a very attentive little sister Zheng to pick us up. 3. The hotel provided us with a direct link to Xipu Station. The highlight of the check-out bus was that the driver was worried that we wouldn't be able to take the bus. He arranged tickets for us to take the tram. How could such a service not be memorable? In addition, the hotel's hot springs, private baths, and meals are all top-notch. Thank you for your attentive service. I can only express it in one word👍🏻

母と姉の３人で露天風呂付のお部屋で初めての宿泊でした。母は高齢で歩くのも拙くなっているのでお部屋の露天風呂で好きなタイミングで気楽に３回も入り、湯加減もちょうどよくとても喜んでいました。 お食事はどれも手の込んだ気持ちのこもったお料理でとてもおいしくいただきました。館内はロビー、廊下、お部屋とすべてにお花が生けてあり、とても癒されゆったりとした２日間を過ごすことができました。 残念な点は、お部屋に入ってすぐの和室にキッズテントのようなものが組んであり、お子さんのいる方には喜ばれるかもしれませんが大人のみの宿泊ではせっかくの和室の雰囲気を壊している気がするので無いほうがよかったかと思います。また、露天風呂においてある手桶がとても重く、湯舟のお湯をかき出しにくかったです。 全体的に３人とも満足のいく宿泊でいい親孝行ができ、また宿泊したい旅館でした。 ありがとうございました。

前回も、春に泊まりましたが、接客とても、素敵でした！ お部屋は、前回と同じお部屋で、露天風呂は、最高です！ ラウンジも、利用でき、昼間から、美味しいお酒がいただけました☺️

落ち着いた雰囲気と、個室での美味しいお食事。温泉もくつろげて、心のこもったおもてなしに大満足でした！
