Bed bugs in room 107 handicap, we stayed there Aug 30 2024 night before boarding the ship, we had bad itching all over body next morning at the terminal. As soon as we got off the ship went straight to hotel to let them know and show the proof but The assistant manager Erica escalated the situation more won’t let us speak and dismissed us, people don’t rent from this property and go through what we experience

Stayed night before boarding cruise, felt stings while sleeping but had to board ship before realizing bed was infested with bed bugs. Went back to Super 8 to let them know but was treated very rude by the most unprofessional asst manager by the name of Erica who did not even try to help in any way just rudely blamed it on ship, Warning for anyone who plans to stay there.

Staff claimed I stole a pillow, when did not. They initially charged me $15 dollars for the pillow, which I did not take. Then I called them to let them know I did not take the pillow and they removed the $15 charge and increased the charge to $50.

Excellent all was good no problems. i have anything else to say but all good. I will keep it in mind next time i travel to anywhere.

Everything was fine until I got home and checked my bank. There was an extra $15 charge. I called them and was told the housekeeper said we took a pillow!! Beware! Apparently the cleaners will steal stuff and blame you bc I sure as hell didn't take a pillow! Never again!!!

Great Hotel to stay at. Very clean and nice big rooms. Short walk to the beach and to fast food places/grocery stores.

This location is great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants/grocery. The room is pretty clean for a motel. Price is good. I’ll be back
