Great hotel. Staffs are amazing specially Gio and Jason both are great. Night auditor she is really sweet and hard working lady. They help us for anything we need. Thank you team for hard work. We booked for one night but we stayed two nights. View from the window is great and location too. Wry clean and organized .

I wanna start off by saying Giovanni has been the best!!! He was so helpful, super sweet and he has gone the extra mile to make this the best vacation. Second the room is amazing, super spacious and clean. Had great water pressure and comfortable beds. Me and my family have found our new hotel when we come to Galveston!!! 100/10!!!

This hotel is perfectly located on Seawall away from the busy tourist section, yet close to any and everything that you would need. I don't eat breakfast but there is a daily set up that has a nice variety of options to choose from. The rooms are a nice size and the kitchenette is adequate. The gym is a bit small but you have access to the bigger gym in the sister hotel (a short walk through the pool area). The front desk staff is amazing and Giovanni never disappoints with his daily greetings and inquiries on your stay. This guy KNOWS what good customer service is all about!

We stayed here prior to our cruise. Giovani at the front desk was very professional and helpful in getting us checked in, recommending restaurants, scheduling our cruise shuttle and telling us where to park. He was super nice. The room was clean with cold A/C. The buffet was adequate, good food which was restocked regularly. The pool was nice and the location was great.

Clean, fresh, view, convenient and very comfortable!! Giovanni at the front desk was amazing! Easy to pay online and quick processing once there. Jimmy’s in the pier wi/ walking distance. Sunset views from hotel! Restaurant open late as well.

I would like to say our experience at your hotel was very plesant cosidering.all shifts from yhe day swing and graveyard were very courtious and willing to go above and beyond.but there was a gentleman that worked on graveyard.or swing.his name is giovanni.he gets my emplyee of the month vote.thank you marriott.

It’s was amazing and the service was good. I had a awesome experience.this hotel is real nice I would recommend you come stay here.i had a good time and the rooms are nice.and the pool is really pretty and looks bougie.the food is also really good.

Started out great by the wonderful woman who checked us in. Ended up kicking us out on thanksgiving. As a Titanium Elite member of Marriott for years, to have that sort of experience is devastating and it made a huge impact on my view of Marriott. I suggest to stay clear of this property.
