My birthday week was wonderful. I was greeted with the warmest hello upon entering by Gio. He told us about stuff going on around the island. He greeted us in and out of the hotel. Never letting us think we were not noticed. The guy at the Starbucks, hmm , can’t remember his name but he was a jewel , as well. Thank you Gio!!!!

Awesome location directly across from the beach, in a less busy area of the seawall, close to a fun putt putt golf. Clean facilities, comfortable beds. Really nice pool area to relax at. Would recommend and probably would consider staying again.

Nothing compares with our experience at the Courtyard Galveston Island, starting with our check-in with Giovani, establishing a kind, pleasant atmosphere from the introduction. He was fully welcoming and accommodating and continued to greet us like a friend for the rest of the trip! Next was the spectacular corner suite, so large with two spectacular views of the gulf. Breathtaking. The complex was full of interest, gym, beautiful pool with bonfire ang grotto, but nothing beats crossing the street and dipping our toes into the magnificent ocean!!!! Divine!

Giovanni and the rest of the staff were kind and courteous. Good people. They made my stay very comfortable. The room was very nice and had a great view of the ocean right across the road. I can highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Giovanni was incredible! I had a very minor issue and he addressed it immediately and with an amazing attitude. The room was much larger and luxurious than I expected, the view was wonderful, the housekeeping staff were so sweet and went above and beyond caring for my room.

This Courtyard was one of the nicest I’ve been to. It’s right on the Seawall and the view was fantastic. There was a beautiful pool area and fire pit outside with a wonderful sunset view. The gym area was large and very clean. Giovanni who was at the front desk took great care of us…so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean, cool, great TV’s and nice sitting area, with a microwave and mini-fridge. If there was any complaint, it would be there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning, but all in all we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

Giovani was so helpful at check in and made a hiccup on our part smooth! Thank you for great customer service Gio! Loved the fire pit outside. Other great amenities as well. Great ambiance. Loved walking across the street to see the moonlit beach!

My room was great and had an ocean view. The room was clean and the bedding was soft. I didn't get a chance to try out the kitchen but the place looked really nice. The atmosphere is definitely family-friendly, with no crazy parties or anything of the sort. The room cleaning staff was professional and friendly. Lastly, I want to acknowledge Giovanni (front office staff) for being so friendly, curious, and helpful. He was the first person I interacted with on my trip and that initial meeting set me up for a great stay. Would recommend this place to anybody staying in or near Galveston.
