Construction going on,didnt let us know.pool was closed no hot tub working.maintanance didnt let us know.only 2 towels in room never had less than 3 anywhere.fire alarm went off 11:00 at night.but they did comp our parking.they charge 16 dollars to park yourself.

Environment: Very good, just across the road from the seaside, with all kinds of shops around

Tips: Those with balconies are facing the sea sideways, and the floor positions are not ideal. It is recommended to have a high-rise sea view room. Although there is no balcony, a front view of the Gulf of Mexico is still very good.

Peggy and Pam’s Services was spectacular. After an early flight they were able to check us in early. It was much appreciated. Highly recommend this place for future stays. Had a heated pool with a swim up bar . Close to the beach. Keep up the good work ladies.

I am staying at the hotel for a conference and there were plenty people in line waiting to check. Jamie, Carla, and Mitch were very polite and patient. They provided excellent customer service and were professional while dealing with arrival. It was definitely welcoming. In addition, this is my 5th year stay at this hotel and I am very pleased to see the upgrades in the lobby area and gym.

We love this Hilton, especially this staff! Peggy made the check-in experience easy & enjoyable. The recently renovated pool area is great. Getting the big, fluffy pool towels is easy. The breakfast egg burrito was delicious and reasonably priced! The room was recently upgraded…super nice! Pamela made the check-out experience so smooth.
