A beach front property, close to the Ukunda airstrip and all the great Diani sightings. The villas are spacious and we could tell that they had undergone some refurbishment to bring them up to par with modern standards. The hospitality was top notch. The easiest check in we've ever experienced. Villa 2 was amazing & we hope the recommendations we gave on facilities improvement will be effected to give this property the 5 stars. Meals are served in the comfort of your villa which is such a plus!. You also have the option of dining in their restaurant. The staff made my stay unforgettable . Every one of them. Such a delight to be around. The property manger Moses ensured that I had everything I needed. Lilian and Collins made sure I never missed a meal :) . Chef David made my birthday special with the tastiest chocolate brownie , chapatis, spinach, samosas - the list is endless! Check in and check out were seamless no paperwork. Flexible meal times, specials are allowed too. Clean beach that’s a stone throw away. Very quiet, secure and serene. They do live by their mantra - a handcrafted experience.

We have a family of five - - The staff is a big reason our stay was so pleasant. Dennis, Caroline, and Cathyrine all greeted us upon arrival with welcoming arms, had juice ready and gave a tour of the villa. From the moment we stepped into our villa until the moment we left, we were in a constant happy. We stayed in villa 1: four bedrooms, connecting to the kitchen and common family space. This opened up to a nice size patio with a large outdoor lounge bed overlooking the ocean which offered a nice view of the sunrise. This space always offered shade! The entire property is middle eastern decor designed with a beachy spin. The master suite is spacious - our two masseuses set up in there and had plenty of room. The sink and shower water had salt in it - that was the first for us. The property does not serve alcohol- but Dennis was on point and in touch with the local liquor store to have some delivered. The beach is amazing, water incredibly warm. We went snorkeling with the glass bottom boats and it was a great experience. The food at the Zubeida was very fresh and delicious. Shout out to Lillian, Collins, Henry and Chef - wonderful people doing an incredible job! The morning breakfast was especially wonderful for our family because that is our favorite meal. Lunch was superb - we ordered off the menu, and 4:00 tea was delightful! Dinner always yummy, only recommendation is to add a few more options. We could eat in our villa, poolside, or at the restaurant. Villa was preferred for us to spend private family time. Poolside was pleasant with the music and overall vibe. The grounds were well manicured- we tipped the landscaper who is there every day! I cannot remember his name, but so friendly, happy, non-invasive. Our experience here in one word would be tranquil and we left fulfilled with highlights, reflections, appreciations, and revelations. Thank you Zubeida staff - we send you our love!
