Very disappointed by the services provided, we only stayed 3 nights out of the 7 planned. A little away from Galle, (15 minutes by tuk tuk, but we knew that), we arrived at a small property, rather pleasant even if the absence of reception, bar and even check-in challenged us. We had booked a superior villa: 60 m2 actually but extremely basic furniture: a bed, a sofa and a small coffee table and a small wardrobe. No towel holder, no tooth glass, a roll of toilet paper started and almost finished, very capricious hot water, no outdoor shower as seen in the photos… The staff is very nice but only has their smile to offer : extremely slow wifi, no cleaning in the rooms (and yet the night porter sweeps in front of your room every morning from 6 a.m....but in the room, nothing!!!) The swimming pool is rather pleasant but there is only two deckchairs…) If you want to have dinner, you must make a reservation in the morning. A Sri Lankan dish with rice, some cooked vegetables and fruits and 4 pieces of chicken, no dessert: quite nice but still $15 per person….. We preferred to shorten our stay and lose the remaining 4 nights, non-refundable , rather ruin our vacation. This establishment could be very pleasant if the service was up to par. I informed the manager after two nights of our departure. He had to talk to the owner about it to see if he could make a commercial move. Unfortunately at check out, no exchange possible, it was hidden….
