Premesso ci hanno spostato al vega,Nel complesso non è male ma andrebbe un pochino sistemato il reggimano in bagno a momenti si staccava la pressione dell'acqua x la doccia troppo forte e la moquette un po vecchia,inoltre in reception non parlano italiano nessuno x essere un 4 stelle insomma

Kein gutes Hotel !
Große Zimmer, leider gab’s viel Schimmel im Bad, viele Ecken verstaubt, schlecht gereinigt, Wände in Zimmer verschmiert. Da hilft auch kein schönen Blick auf dem Donau nicht mehr um sich wohl zu fühlen. Auch kein besonders gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Da komme ich bestimmt nicht wieder.

Room for improvement
Nice people however:
A. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly and after reporting it multiple times it wasn’t fixed.
B. No black tea, tea bags in the room. Asked for it and promised to get one but didn’t happened.
C. Loud disco dance music in the restaurant for breakfast. Asked to change it to something more tranquil with no joy.
D. Eggs in the buffet breakfast were cold.

Ok hotel with nice view
There was a problem with the check-in.
The hotel is a bit outdated. In weekend they have events so try to get a room higher then the first floor.

No AC in July!
Their rooms are very large and the price is good. They also have a fantastic restaurant on-site. So what is the problem? The room's AC unit wasn't working in July. It was horrible. The room got extremely hot and they refused to do anything about it. Instead, they insisted a window must have been open in the room and said they have sensors disabling the AC unit if it thinks a window is open. What sort of insanity is that??? I had no open window. They would not even go to the room to see. I would not stay at Faleza again even if the rooms were free.
