You have to take a 1-hour bus ride to Batam Island. You have to take a 1.5-hour bus ride, and then take a very slow boat for another 1-hour ride. And there is only one trip a day, which is inconvenient.

The tent-style room is relatively cozy, and listening to the sound of the waves at night is very helpful for sleeping. However, the drinking water provided is too little, and another bottle of water has to be purchased for 10 yuan. Toilet paper is not provided, and there are no slippers and hairdryers.
Facilities: Apart from the rooms being okay, the plank road is a bit worn out and feels unsafe. The lake in the middle is actually not open for swimming. I suggest the boss to get a swimming pool to be more practical. It is really frustrating that you can't go into the sea or swim on the island. The sand on the beach is relatively fine, but it is covered with weeds and garbage. No one went for a walk on the beach for three days. The panoramic view and the publicity photos are too different. It has blue sky, white clouds and white sand beach. If you want to go there, you must know about it. What time is the best time to pick up the boat? Don't locate the hotel because there is no road to get there. (It is best to reserve a WhatsApp number. The hotel will inform you of the boating location and precautions one day in advance)
Service: The service staff is quite enthusiastic. The island only provides breakfast, and the prices for ordering lunch and dinner are relatively affordable. **Review: Kiki Beach Resort**
Traveling from Singapore to Batam was convenient, but the journey from Batam to Kiki Beach Resort proved to be highly inconvenient. We missed the scheduled boat and had to pay an additional 600,000 IDR for a speedboat to reach the island. Upon arrival, the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. They failed to provide clear information on how to book and schedule activities, which added to our frustration.
Moreover, returning from the resort was an extreme problem as getting transportation was nearly impossible. This lack of reliable transport options made the overall experience stressful and disappointing. While the location is beautiful, the logistical issues and lack of service significantly detracted from our stay.

Location was very far from the city and the boat was was very slow and not clean.The villa was very hot and the aircon was hot at night and I could not sleep the only thing that was good was that there was staff singing and they asked us to join.The breakfast in the morning was not great.The bridge floor was terrible there was holes in it and I tripped on one of them.

Everything is perfect .Because this is an island suggesting if you want to stay at Batam more than 2 days, book this KiKi Island first then book Batam City Hotel .If you just only stay at this island book the return ferry time open ticket .

did our research months beforehand and finally came for a 4D3N stay at the resort with not much expectation, to have a relaxing retreat away from hustle bustle daily norm. Just to chill, soaking up the sun, eat, drink, sleep, repeat! 😁 Thank you once again to all the crew for making our stay comfortable. Good are overpriced and not nice. Blackout occurred once on 11 May 2024 at around 4 plus in the morning. Room and main Resturant are full of files. One night day is definitely more than enough. The wooden walkway is down and safety is a serious issue. Boat from the fishing village is even worse as life jacket is not enough for passengers. The only positive note is that the staffs are friendly.
