The location is very nice as it’s close to everything. Staff are very friendly. However, the elevator is not working so you might get it fixed.

en general buena estadia, falla por el ascensor en mantenimiento, no nos gusto el desayuno, pero lo demas bien, las camas son comodas y la estadia estuvo bien en general. esperaremos q la proxima vez este en funcionamiento el ascensor porque siempre es canson subir y bajar escalas varias veces al dia

La habitación que nos dieron tenía balcón pero muchísimo ruido externo. Música hasta las 3 am... El desayuno es americano, normal. Nada extraordinario. La piscina y restaurante no quedan en este hotel sino en otro que queda al frente.....

La experiencia con la reserva y el personal no fue buena la chica muy ala defensiva solo sabia decir llame su agencia me cobraron iva aparte me negaron el desayuno me cambiaron de hotel me cobraron 2 iva no me perdí 175 dolares y toda la tarde en el proceso

Hotel too close to the constant noise of Rodadero with its clubs and super loud music that disturbs rest. Lack of maintenance in the hotel, 1 curtain fell down, the shower was clogged, the elevator broke 2 times in our 6-day stay, and a puddle formed in the refrigerator. Super friendly staff. You have to walk 1 block to get to the resort where the beach, pool and services are (few tents available) - Very comfortable beds

Terrible service, they are not friendly to the guest! I came due to a labor agreement and they don't even take into account what you ask for, there is no restaurant just for breakfast! It is not as nice as it looks in the photos, it is empty and they say it is full so they can do nothing!!

The old facilities, the elevator stops and there is no button to open the door if you get locked out. The very slow check in took more than 20 minutes in the process. The area is very noisy. The only good thing is the access to the tamacá hotel.
