Massage was niet mogelijk ook een paar faciliteiten in de Spa werkten niet. Zwembad etc was prima.
Minpunt was dat airco niet goed werkte waardoor we slecht sliepen.

Allgemein gut, aber hauptsächlich weil der Pool und Spa Bereich top sind- sehr neu und modern. Zimmer tendenziell klein, könnten mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Tolles Frühstück

Un piacevole viaggio di lavoro
Hotel molto moderno ed elegante, zona comune davvero tenuta bene e pulita. Area wellness molto grande, organizzata su due piani con bella piscina esterna e molte zone relax. Colazione da 10 e lode, vastissima gamma di prodotti ed ottima qualità. Purtroppo ho trovato la camera un po' datata con moquette diversamente pulita ed un un po' di cattivo odore. Peccato per questo dettaglio.

Haben heute zu viert das DaySpa besucht. Schon am Empfang hätte ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit entgegen treten können. Leider ist ein Wellnesspaket, welches wir im Vorfeld gebucht hatten, nicht berücksichtigt. Es wäre schön gewesen, bei 4 Sternen, uns kurz die Räumlichkeiten zu zeigen und auch eine Erklärung, wie und wo man an Getränke kommen könnte. Die beiden Damen, die die Beauty Behandlungen durchgeführt haben, waren sehr nett und wir haben uns bei allen Anwendungen sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und man müsste an einigen Stellen sanieren oder auch angefangene Arbeiten fertig machen. An manchen Stellen im Spa Bereich wurde, vermutlich wegen Feuchtigkeitsbildung, versucht entgegen zu wirken aber nicht neu überstrichen. Der Soleraum ging nicht, war aber kein Vermerk über einen Defekt zu finden. Im „Lichtraum“ könnte die Decke neu gestrichen werden, die Regendusche wirkt auch nicht mehr ganz funktionsfähig. Der Ruheraum war sehr frisch. Es ziehen sich viele Kleinigkeiten durch den Spabereich, die keine 4 Sterne mehr Wert sind. Mit Durchfragen haben wir auch erfahren, dass man Getränke an der Bar holen kann (auch im Bademantel). Uns haben auch wieder Gäste angesprochen, wo wir unsere Getränke bekommen hatten, diese wussten auch nichts von der Bar. Der junge Mann hinter der Theke hat leider nicht mit guten Service geglänzt. Wir mussten auch mehrmals nach der Speisekarte fragen (Getränke- und Speißekarte sind getrennt, wurden darauf aber nicht aufmerksam gemacht. Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen Vielleicht dürfen gewisse Räume irgendwann mal wieder in ihrem „alten“ Glanz erstrahlen und einige Gerätschaften wieder instand gesetzt werden.
