I was very impressed with this hotel. From the warm welcome upon entering to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the service is impeccable. The hotel's location is very convenient, with many restaurants and attractions surrounding it, making traveling very convenient. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was soft and comfortable, and I had a great night's rest. What is particularly worth mentioning is the breakfast, which is very rich and has a combination of Chinese and Western options. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this is the ideal place to stay. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to this city.

They overall stay was nice! It was a great location with great stores and restaurants around. The staff were very nice and friendly. Also the other guest were nice as well. It was a nice and quiet stay.

Was a horrible stay. Cockroaches in the rooms, dirty sheets and mold on shower curtains and rooms didn’t smell nice. We only stayed because we’d been driving for 7 hours and had three young kids and were exhausted and would’ve fallen asleep at the wheel if we left! Would not refund us back our money and told even if we left it would take possibly a few days to get money back on our card so we could not afford another hotel room elsewhere! We barely got a few hours sleep and then booked it out of there! Terrible hotel and terrible customer service !!

We are on motorcycles and just book when we get close to being done for the day. This was a good choice. Good location, beds & staff.

Dirty room, garbage everywhere on the property, including empty liquor bottles, roaches on our pillows the last morning before checking out, carpet caused our feet to be black, at night many people just loitering around the parking lot, did not feel safe, cigarette burns on the bathtub, handprint on the wall behind the headboard, hair hanging from lampshades

Hotel location is very convenient and easy access in and out. Ample parking space. Better condition with instant hot water. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The room met my short 3 day stay after returning from beach. Room was clean and in a great location near restaurants. I recommend Baymont In Gaffney and will stay their again when i'm in town. The price was reasonable and was the main reason I stayed.

I had a fairly pleasant stay. While I was there for work, I had internet that kept up with my meetings and a very conducive work environment. While the infrastructure could use an upgrade overall the staff were delightful and helpful which made my stay good.

Breakfast needs more variety. Exhaust fan broken in bathroom. Mold on shower curtain. Microwave had wet cloudy stuff on glass plate. We brought a non slip floor mat for tub with us, because last time we stayed here my son slipped and fell in tub. His knees were bruised. His dad couldn't go in to check on him, until my son unlocked the door from inside because the loutside lock was broken. And when it came to checking out, the guy at front desk was on phone throwing cuss words left and right. Doubt we'll stay here again.
