I'd love to give this hotel 100 stars! Everything from the staff, to the breakfast, to the grounds were perfect! Katrina, the warm and welcoming lady who made breakfast is the definition of southern hospitality! She made us feel like family! We could've stayed there all day talking with her - she was that friendly! Phillip, the general manager is a true gentleman and made sure we had a wonderful stay! He was genuine and made sure we were 1000000% happy with our stay! The rest of the staff with whom we interacted were equally warm and welcoming. If you're traveling through town, stay at this wonderful hotel!

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and upgraded. The room was pretty clean, nothing to complain about. The check in staff was very nice and friendly. The elevator took awhile, but that’s about the only problem we had while we were there.

The hotel was clean with nice beds and linens. The lady serving breakfast, was so sweet and helpful. Food was good. I would recommend this hotel for families, businessman, and couples one of the holidays that we have stayed on our trip and we have stayed 20 of them

Highly recommend staying here. Staff was extremely friendly, place clean, breakfast was delicious. The breakfast attendant (Rachael?) brighten the mornings with her personality and hospitality. Phillip at the front desk was very informative when asking about the area.

Traveling north from Texas we had a very pleasant overnight stay in the Gadsden area Holiday Inn. We generally go to higher end hotels because of restaurants on the premises and such, but due to time constraints and location we opted for here. The experience was heightened by the wonderful customer service provided. Even at our quick breakfast before leaving the hotel's breakfast area employee, Katrina, went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything needed. We appreciated the attention given in all aspects of this lodging and want to acknowledge it, albeit very delayed. Don't hesitate to stay at this location when you're in the area.

My company booked the largest 3 bed room in this hotel for me on a business trip, I took my mother and 3 kids with me as we were traveling on to Florida for the week. Upon check in I was informed that my room was not available but that they could put me in a smaller room for two nights and POSSIBLY move me to an even smaller room on the 3rd day. The room was missing a TV, there was no bedding for the 3rd bed, two of the 4 lights were burned out in the bathroom and they provided 3 towels for 5 people. On the 3rd day They called up at 12 noon and said you have to move we are over booked. Luckily my mom was there and hurriedly moved luggage for 5, the 3 kids and everything we had to a two bed tiny room as I was in meetings all day. As she was leaving the room the maid was waiting in the hall to clean the room. My mom asked her to call down the hall if she had left anything. 20 minutes later my mom realized she had left something important and when she went to retrieve it the maid had just tossed it in the trash. When my mom asked why she was very rude. The pool is as small as a residential pool and only has 5 lounge chairs. The best part of this hotel is the sweet little lady at breakfast every morning. She goes above and beyond and she is amazing.!

Very very clean, fresh smelling rooms. Quiet. Looks to be newly remodeled. Comfortable beds. Safe area. Lots of lighting in parking lot. Friendly staff. Didn’t eat breakfast but it looked good, lots of options to choose from. Coffee was great. I would definitely stay here again.

HORRIBLE! Room smelled, dead bugs in the rooms, dirty lobby floors, dirty elevator floor, leaves blown in on floor from back door being open, workers sitting outside smoking EVERYTIME we entered hotel, cold coffee, stale bagels, broke pancake machine, when we returned to our room at 4pm guess what? Room had not been serviced. When I called the front the desk all I get is, “well did you ask for your room to be serviced?” …….do I really need to go on about how awful this hotel is????? Just go somewhere else!!!! And BTW I was told they only service rooms every 3 days, you can ask for extra towels and if you do you have to go to the front desk to get them. Would have been nice to know that when I checked in.
