Minkie helped me at receiption to check in and showed me around. She was very friendly and made me feel like home. The facilities are great. The rooms large and clean. Unfortunately, several of the A la carte options were not available, Hope they address this

Memorable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The change form carpets to floor tiles is a very welcome improvement.

Service time is abysmal we had to wait for over 45 minutes without any service. This was the most disappointing hotel I've been to in recent memory , my family had to sit there and starve even after I told the front desk we had not been served it was honestly terrible

AVANI hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. The hotel services is perfect and the workers are dedicated working in team work spirit. I have enjoyed the food is so delicious. The people are so welcomed and friendly indeed.

Honestly thought this time would be different with their online check in but same thing as always. Waited two hours to check in because room weren’t ready, got an old room with broken air conditioner. Not value for money.

My recent stay at the Avani hotel was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve had in years – possibly ever. From start to finish, this place was a massive disappointment, pretending to be something it's clearly not. First, the noise. The hotel blasts disco music at such an insane volume that it's impossible to sleep. My young daughter was woken up multiple times throughout the night. No one warned us about this party atmosphere, and it quickly became clear that this is more of a hangout for locals than an international hotel. We also had to demand a room change after discovering that the air conditioning wasn’t working. The staff was reluctant to help, and only after persistent complaining did we manage to move. On top of that, towels were never replaced. Imagine arriving back after a long day to find that we had no towels at all for the second night! Room service? A joke. Not only did they get our order completely wrong, but they refused to fix it and could not be charged to the room. Half of the items on the menu were unavailable, leaving us with barely any options. The staff was sluggish and disinterested, clearly unwilling to accommodate even the simplest requests. The entire place is defined by poor customer service and a sense of neglect. If you’re an international traveler looking for comfort and hospitality, do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. Avani is an overpriced drinking den for locals, not a place for guests expecting even a basic level of service. Truly awful.

Location is ok and front reception staff very friendly and helpful. Wame was extra helpful and courteous which was refreshing. Rooms were clean and functional. Breakfast was good but would have been nice to be served tea and the table. The bar staff took over an hour to bring a pizza to the room which was frustrating. However overall a nice hotel.shutle service to hotel was punctual but has fixed times. I think if they had a hallal menu it would be great. Also they forgot to mention a new paddel court at the hotel.

Check-in to hotel was fast. Challenges with Wi-Fi was fixed fast by Conny. Good rooms well, ventilated and cleaned. Good restaurant and gym swimming pool, There other good facilities like ****** we did not find time to access before we left. Shuttle was well organized with WFI and was also on time. Check-out was fast
