A great place - whether on leisure or business. What made all the difference is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, right from the Reception to the restaurant and Housekeeping. Always courteous and respectiful! The warmth and smiles of the staff make you feel at home. Cresta President Hotel level of hygiene and cleanliness consistently met my expectations during my stay!

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is top notch. The food tastes lovely and you get value for your money. However, I think there should be a big improvement on the cleaning of the rooms and the housekeeping.

Enjoyed my stay. The hotel continues to be in the top of my list of favourites. Every employee gave their all to makes us feel welcome.Letso from Pula le Thebe served us well and should keep it up!

I just came in for a taste of the facility,and was met with more than a service.The only thing that I can suggest is the noise from Aircon is too much when you need quite and relaxing night.The lift parked and was using stairs.. not that bad.

the service received was awesome, very welcoming employees/staff, would recommend anyone to lodge at cresta. i may advice/recommend that you should vary meals, especially buffet., lunch and dinner meals of the same day must not be the same.

Useage of steps to floor 5 when power goes off, and for that showers seen to be only for top floors and baths for bottom floors.
