Damn it, this hotel has huge problems with the front desk service. One said that you can get a membership for free if you check in, and another said that you have to pay extra to get a membership even if you check in. One said that you can check out at 2 pm, and another said that you have to be a member to check out before 2 pm. I have never seen such a hotel, and the experience is extremely poor. I suggest that the hotel should do a good job in training and rectifying its customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at the Atour hotel, the room is clean and very comfortable. In addition, all the staff are accommodating and friendly, they will patiently respond and assist if you needs any assistance. Checkout was also quick and easy thanks to 颜儿. Very good location in city centre. Very close to metro station. It’s meant to be a non smoking room/hotel, but can smell cigarettes everywhere. The toilet plumbing requires to be improved, as it was blocked following normal usage. Breakfast was also average; it seems a lot of options, but not many western style dishes.

Overall, I am shocked that a Mercure (Accor) hotel would be of this quality or standard. The hotel lobby & entrance did not not even have concierge services or a ramp to ease the luggage load, I had to carry 2 big luggages up a flight of 4 steps to enter the hotel lobby entrance. Room cleanliness was below acceptance, my suite & room windows were atrociously dirty, my room aircon vents were partly broken, other room and hotel amenities are unlike a 4 star business hotel that Accor brands would be! A saving grace was the hotel central location & the 2-3 reception staff that were quite helpful at times but failed in terms of providing any local area expertise or recommendations (food, attractions, etc.) well when asked. This is probably not suited for a tourist or leisure type hotel guest.

I chose a hotel in Fuzhou when traveling with my kids in Fujian. The price is moderate and the price-performance ratio is good for the same level. The room type was upgraded for free. The room is large in size and well-equipped with complete facilities. There is free self-service laundry and drying service. Laundry detergent, softener, and disinfectant are all available, which is outstanding. The hotel is considerate. Just ask for an electricity card and it will be delivered to your room in seconds. There are also many types of breakfast, which incorporates local snacks. The transportation is convenient. It is also very close to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, and a taxi cost less than 30 yuan. All in all, the stay was a good experience.

The boutique hotel is located within the famed sanfangqixiang tourist area and is a refurbished olden style building. Many eateries and malls around and walkable from the train station. Breakfast is provided which allowed us to try the local style fishballs and wantons. The staff also drove a buggy to help us get our luggage from the hotel to the edge of the tourist area when we left. However because the building is so old, the floorboards within the room creaks a lot when walked on. We were there in June (summer) and there were mosquitoes in the room even though we closed the windows and doors. The mini fridge was plugged in but it didn’t seem to work. The room is also a lot smaller than how the picture shows, since the picture was taken with a wide angle lens. Overall an interesting and functional hotel for 1-2 nights stay.

The room's air conditioner was turned on at 8pm, and the heating was poor, so it was assisted by a heating appliance. There were many types of breakfast, including various Fuzhou breakfasts, as well as Western cakes and bread. The parking spaces were relatively crowded, so you need to park in the opposite parking lot and get the invoice for reimbursement at the front desk.

Rooms are spacious, however cleanliness of the hotel is lacking , you can tell they don’t do a thorough clean of the bathrooms … with water marks on the stainless steel and soap scum around the taps … The air conditioning sound is also very loud , as it was hot outside it took a long time for the aircon to cool the room down at night. Had to use the earplugs to drown out the noise …

It's a loft room. The overall space is not big, but it's OK as a transition for the first night. The price-performance ratio is still very good. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Sanfang Qixiang. I extend my stay in this hotel due to its cleanliness and the room is spacious, location is also very convenient. The hotel do provide free self service laundry with free detergent at the 2nd floor. The hotel room also provided free toiletries and free bedroom slippers. The airport shuttle bus is just opposite the hotel which is very convenient to go to the airport in time.
