Rooms are spacious, however cleanliness of the hotel is lacking , you can tell they don’t do a thorough clean of the bathrooms … with water marks on the stainless steel and soap scum around the taps … The air conditioning sound is also very loud , as it was hot outside it took a long time for the aircon to cool the room down at night. Had to use the earplugs to drown out the noise …

位置挺好的，離上下杭和煙台山都挺近的，玩兒挺方便的，附近幾百米有地鐵站。 酒店服務很不錯，到那裡還給我免費升級了房型，點了外賣，還幫忙讓小機器人送到了門口。 酒店環境挺好的，房間乾淨整潔，裝修簡約，隔音也還行，不差。

There is a large yard at the entrance of the hotel. It is very convenient to park a lot of cars. There are also bus stops and elevated services nearby. The service is very good. I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock. I just checked in. The cleaning was very clean. The bathroom water was very good. I checked out at 14 o'clock the next day. Auntie also arranged the room for me in the morning. I kept asking me if I wanted to get some water and napkins. It would be better if the TV could cast screens.

Facilities: The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. I changed hotels overnight. Thanks to Ctrip for helping me adjust. Thanks to this hotel for upgrading my room. It was very considerate. Hygiene: Very good. There were no bugs or dust during the rainy season. Environment: Nice environment. Service: Very good and enthusiastic service attitude.
