五星酒店，環境不錯，可能是靠近邊界，條件沒有東部城市那麼發達，洗衣房有洗衣機但是不能烘乾，沒有健身房和游泳池，因為去的時候不在旅遊旺季，住房人少，為了避免浪費早餐菜類少，可以理解。奶茶好喝，蜂蜜不錯，與當地其他酒店比很不錯了，但和沿海城市的五星酒店比還有點差距。服務熱情，很周到，懂禮貌，好評。

非常滿意： 1，自駕出行，天冷胎壓低，已經辦理完退房，店阿林小哥親子帶我們到當時汽修補胎壓——特別複雜，專業值得信賴。 2，酒店環境有西域特色 建議： 1、瓶裝水要免費喝，別收費。 2、碎一個玻璃杯20元/40元（具體值忘了） 總之，小事影響客户體驗不值當哈，希望你們店越來越好。

The hotel’s housekeepers Nara and Alin took good care of our baby from the day we checked in, played with her, and took her back to the room. Alin also came to see us off on the day we left. It was very warm~ The interior of this hotel is very bright, I like it very much~ The layout of the room is very reasonable, the configuration of the laundry room is great, and it is also suitable for skiing in winter! Finally, I would like to mention: In the morning, you can see horses grazing and cattle walking outside the window. It is so healing, and the children are also very happy. The level of this hotel exceeded my imagination. I originally thought that there were no good hotels in Keketuohai, but this hotel is very good. I strongly recommend everyone to come to this hotel. The front desk clerks Dirk and Reyihan were warm and thoughtful in their service. You can come again next time.
