The view from the hotel is great! I originally thought it was just a B&B, but I didn’t expect it to be a very large hotel on the mountainside! The view is unparalleled! In the morning, you can take pictures of the Alps and lakes on the hotel lawn. Breakfast is very rich! beyond expectation!

Overall it's pretty good, nothing to be dissatisfied with. Because we only stayed for one night, the front desk was friendly. There is a pedestrian street next to it. There is an Asian restaurant where you can eat noodles. It seems to be opened by Thais. The surrounding environment is good. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. The photo is of a walk around the residential houses after dinner. Germany is very clean.

I drove over after playing in Munich. When I arrived at the store, it was already more than 10 o’clock in the evening. The work and rest hours in European towns are all early in the rest. I left a phone call at the front desk and a note to inform the check-in. Only in German, not English) There was a light snow that night, the heating in the room was quite sufficient, the hot water in the bathroom was also sufficient, and there was no problem with English communication at the front desk when checking out

Well the location is amazing!! You can walk anywhere from the hotel which is a bonus but you pay for that bonus too. It is expensive to stay here, the rooms are large and basically bare. Clean and only one pillow per person. To walk to the room took some time due to the largeness of the corridors - sometimes you think you need a map! Beds were ok, not the best not the worse! Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options and good quality. Probably wouldn’t stay again would look around for a smaller more personable hotel. The underground parking under the hotel has limited, very limited parking in an extremely tight carpark took multiple turns to even get in! Would not recommend that but near the information centre there is a large well lit multi storey parking garage and open 24/7 and wasn’t expensive! The town is beautiful and well worth the visit.

Felsey is located at the crossroads of Füssen town centre to the north of the town. It takes less than 20 minutes to drag the suitcase from Füssen train station, and more than 10 minutes of foot speed can be reached. The hotel is not on the side of the road, so be sure to pay attention to the yellow tourist street sign, turn in from the indicated place, it will be almost arrived, there will be another street sign to continue to prompt. This hotel is a bit like the style of the hotel haus, not big but clean and exquisite, with a small courtyard, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the restaurant, can also eat in the small courtyard, drink a small wine after dinner, very comfortable. The town of Fussen is really beautiful and quiet, especially in the area around Lake Forggen in the north. Although it is far away from the town center, it takes ten minutes to walk, but the people are really scarce, staying for three nights, if not going to the theater. There are very few people on the road, and almost no one who does not speak German has met. There are many elderly people living here. The front desk of the hotel and the waiter and sister are very enthusiastic. I have a question and answer. I ask for directions almost every day. They will talk very carefully and give a new map every time. I had a transfer bus cancelled at that time, and also called the bus company for me. I asked in detail how to change the ticket and how to refund the ticket. I also checked the train ticket schedule and let me catch up with the most suitable. A train, strong praise! As soon as the hotel enters, there is a surrounding tourist information wall, a description of the fare of the three attractions of Neuschwanstein, the cruise schedule of Lake Forggen, as well as discounted advertisements for the theater, etc. The road at the entrance looks out into the distant mountains. We can see Neuschwanstein, and the hotel should be able to see the room in this direction, like the feeling of living in a fairy tale. Go to the train station for ten minutes during the day, then take the 73 and 78 bus for ten minutes, go to the ticketing center of Neuschwanstein Castle, visit a set of three attractions (New, Goshen Castle, Bavarian King's Museum), sit in the afternoon Returning to Fussen by bus, I watched a story about the king of Neuschwanstein at the Festspielhaus on the shores of Lake Forggen in the evening. The tour of Neuschwanstein was completed and I watched the locals of various Kua Ludwig II. The feeling is full of pink fan filters 😂. When the summer is hot, walk from the back road of the hotel to the shore of Lake Forggen, and watch the pictures of the locals swimming under the red net of the world, the Neuschwanstein Castle.

It walks about 15 minutes from the station, but the scenery on the way is beautiful and it will not be bitter. It is surprisingly convenient in about 10 minutes from the center and the lake. The front desk was very kind and gave me a fussen pass. It is helpful because the bus is available for free and the ticket for some tourist facilities is discounted. The room is clean and cozy. There is also a spa, but German culture seems to be normal for men and women, and eventually it was not used.

Bit of a mixed review this one. We wanted to like the house, we really did, but we didnt. The welcome was formal and informative, but short of friendly. The room we had sat over the front entrance of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the car park. The room was ok but the wifi was intermittent. Breakfast was absolutley superb - couldn't fault it - one of the best we have encountered. The hotel is a pleasant 20 min walk from the middle of town (Fussen is lovley by the way). This is another issue - although the hotel is way outside of town it charges extra for car parking ! You don't kind mind if somewhere is in the middle of town and space is limited, but thats not the case here. Its not awfull, its OK, the breakfast is brilliant, but I will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Outstanding
Aandreasm890Would definitely recommend for families. Lots of space both in the room but also for kids to run around outdoors. They can check out the horses, use the playground and also 2 mins walk to the lakeside Loved the breakfast . Especially the view ! Makes everything taste nicer and gets you off to a great mood. Only downside is that there’s no one around after 5pm so if you need something, you have to wait for the morning.
From the outside and the surrounding area of the hotel is nice. However, don't let it fool you as the rooms have furniture and decoration from late 1990s. While this in itself isn't a problem, for the price of the hotel, you'd expect a more modern and newer amenities in the rooms. Additionally, there was only one person working the front desk when we are checking in. Also, I'm not sure if this is with all the rooms but our carpet had a smell and the windows are not very sound proof as we could overhear other guests chatting and smoking until 2am with our windows closed. The hotel breakfast buffet is nice, but there is only 1 coffee machine for all the guests. Needless to say, you will surely wait in a long queue for your coffee. The omelette is great but highly suggest you to avoid the bread. It is harder than a rock!!! Another positive is the all you can eat salad bar for dinner, highly recommend. The parking is also an issue as the hotel does not separate parking for the restaurant and hotel guests, creating unnecessary chaos. The parking garage is for small cars only and our rental SUV could not fit. It would be nice if they create a separate bike lane for the guests who use it so when cars entering and leaving the parking lot, it is safer for both the cars and the cyclists. One last thing, upon check out, it was pointed out hotel WiFi costs 8 Euro a night. One suggestion to the hotel: Don't list this! Or better yet waive the charge! It's 2022, not 2005!
GGuest UserVery comfortable, the room is small and complete, the kitchen buffet is very warm. The service is very good, Fusen is definitely worth staying, it is best to stay for a few days to stroll around, a very special town.
GGuest UserThe hotel can park for free, which is good! The grandmother at the front desk was very nice, and kept waiting for us to check in before leaving get off work. It is not a 24-hour front desk, so we must pay attention. The balcony of the room can see the castle of the town, the town of Fussen is very quiet. The internal facilities of the hotel are relatively old, and the bathroom is quite clean.
GGuest UserThe rooms (we were 6 people in 2 suites) were very chic and modern and everything was very clean. But, public areas are obsolete and are urgently renovated: dirty floors, dark gangs, an extremely small lift with sticky air and tape floor(?), dirty seating in the breakfast room and generally an obsolete equipment The wellness area is strangely on UG and 1. OG split so you need to walk constantly, i.e. always in the bathroom over the staircase and at the reception ... The restrooms are too small for the number of guests and, above all, it was extremely sticky. In the U.G. it is totally dark and a real cellar atmosphere (without windows). Breakfast was not special, even if the choice is large: coffee tastes horrible and as if the machines were not cleaned for a long time, sauce was too thick cut, shells were not baked, The dinner (half-pension) was not worth his money.. From the photos on the homepage the reality was miles away. Where these photos came from the food, we can't absolutely understand. If you wanted another meat, you should pay another €23 in addition to the €35 for the menu - only to get a rib eye instead of a lime. Between the tail and the tail costs almost the same. That's just a stick! But the worst of all was the service! Such a disgraceful and unfriendly staff we have never experienced! A response to questions was as if we were too stupid to understand that. Eyes were turned, spoken in extremely unfriendly sound, orders were only accepted repeatedly, etc. And that really happened with all employees. The massages were also a farce because it was totally cold and they were covered only after invitation. With a friend of us, the lady even went out for coughing 15 minutes! ? And that while it is still Corona. This is not to apologize. In summary, the hotel on the homepage is much better than it is in real. The only thing really nice was the rooms. But for a 4-star ”Wellness and Design Hotel”, this is clearly too little.
This hotel is in a beautiful little resort a few kilometres from Fussen and the castles. The hotel overlooks a beautiful lake and although busy in the daytime, quiet at night. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had one of the biggest baths I've ever used. We paid extra for a lake view. We could see the lake but only from a side view. We ate in the Italian restaurant downstairs. Which did very nice food. The restaurant staff are also the ones who check you in. They are friendly and helpful. My only criticism was we were not told we were going to be charged to park in the garage. It was difficult to park it has about 8 tiny spaces, we didn't bump our car, but I expect many do trying to park here. If we had been told we were paying to use this garage, even though it was only a few euros, we would of chosen to park elsewhere in town. I would recommend this lovely hotel though, good value, in a beautiful location next to the lake.
I am not the first time here in the hotel. Please come here very much. Rooms are clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Especially the nice lady at the reception, which has stayed quiet despite the ”friendly” and inconsciousness of some guests. Thank you for the extension and the uncomplicated room change associated! The breakfast does not open any wishes for me. Very recommendable are the logs rooms with balcony and sea view.
